Sasuke and Naruto stare at the floating old man in front of them.The old man looks back at them and sigh.
"Let me introduce myself .I am the creator of peace ,law and order .I am he who is known as Hagoromo."
Sasuke just stare at him with a blank face while naruto is giving a 'whuattttt' face."......by the way where are we?Are we dead?"Both of then thought .
" your reaction...being that I am able to read omens and signs,precognition,premonition and such....I had already anticipated such response..."
"...what is he talking about ?... I barely have any idea what he's saying..." Naruto then suddenly had flashback on the third hokage and Danzo also once talking to him like this . "I guess you'll wind up meeting these types of long-winded obnoxious geezers everywhere you go..."
"Hagoromo?I once heard the clan members say this name .The name of Sage....path or something ?"Sasuke thought .
"Well then...."Hagoromo open up his eyes. "That eye!"Sasuke look shocked."It's the rinnengan!"Naruto added .
"Both of you possess quite a scrupulous and observant eye for scrutinizing others .Perhaps if you were to turn it upon yourself,you too will gain a realistic comprehension of your circumstances...."Hagoromo then continued."You have yet to die ...This is your inner world.Inside your spirit.Inside your mind.You see..."
"This old man...I don't think he hates me like the villagers ..... but......"Naruto thought. "GET ON WITH IT ALREADY!!!CANT YOU JUST TALK NORMALLY FOR A SECOND?!"Naruto got fed up with do he snapped .Seriously how can you expect a child to understand this kind of language ?He is just going to turn 4 years old in two months.
"I am an oddity of time....The stream of time has long flowed past me......Cultural,traditions and notions ....Ethics and morals have all undergone huge changes.I who have journeyed across time into this era to meet you.... Clearly have large differences amongst these areas....Though it would be possible for me to learn new cultures and dialect as it requires..."
Sasuke and Naruto twitch together ."Seriously.....even though Itachi Nii and mom taught me many of these complicated words,I still don't get what he's talking about."Sasuke thought."This old man is just wasting our precious training time to get into the ANBU !!Gosh Sasuke why would you suggest doing this jutsu?!"Naruto shouted and facepalms in his mind.
"AGRHHH!!!CAN YOU PLEASE SHUT UP ALREADY!!!WE DONT HAVE THE TIME TO STAND AROUND LISTENING TO SOME OLD WEIRDO BLAB ON!!"Naruto got fed up with Hagoromo's words.
"What you pursue are words...But their meanings are vague at best.....Insubstantial.....Transient ..... Without mutual comprehension of our values and selves ,their definitions are ambiguous and what they stand for,lost..."Hagoromo continues his long talk."...very well...I will attempt to compensate for my enlightened knowledge and understanding of the material and speak plainly..."
"...Are you like.....an alien or something ?There's this real dignified feeling about you...."Sasuke said looking at Hagoromo dumbly .
"Hrmm....well that is a bit too much isn't it ?An alien you say?AHAHAHA!!!Although, that's not exactly too far off.."Hagoromo said.
"??!!"Both of them are shocked."Eh?"
"You still can't follow mg speech? I had not thought conversation would prove to be this complex a task..."
"No no !The way you're talking is totally fine!I was finally able to understand you !!"Naruto said "it's just that the way you talked shifted so quickly ,it startled us."Sasuke said.
"Woah,like,for real?Then I'mma do like this ,ya feel me?Know what I'm sayin'?"Hagoromo said.
"....Yeah......"Both of them sweatdrops."That dignified feeling from earlier completely vanished...."Sasuke thought.
