Fantasize

Walking home is a pain. I'm just not getting the start of summer. It's been so hot, i'm almost dry to the bone. "Hey Aris!" As I turn around I see Kilan standing there. "Oh, hey Kilan. Its great to see you." His face looks a little flushed but I pat it aside. "What are you up to?" He says as he walks little steps closer till he stops two feet away from me. I just had to let a little giggle out. I guess I didn't notice I was more flustered with red on my face then he was. "Oh, i'm just taking a little walk down to the garden. Is there something you need?" I say with a smile on my face. As he is he acts like a real man, when he's only 17, he always is trying to get my attention I guess. "Oh, I don't need anything I just was here to keep you safe." He says with a little blush. "Kilan, I'm fine you don't need to protect me. I can protect myself." I say.

Kilan is a bold and a shy boy, but he can really act a little older. He has brown hair with his beautiful green eyes. Almost all the girls here are all over him. He is a little pail, but i'm much more than he is. He is pretty muscular but acts like a mouse. But he's the best of friend i could ever have.

"Kilan, Want to come and catch some Lililows?" I ask turning to him with my hands together behind my back. I hold a big smile, whiter than snow. "Oh, Why not I have nothing better to do." He says brighter than a rose. I turn back in the direction of the garden where the pond holds millions of Lililows. Kilan follows after me. As we get there I trip and fall down the hill. "ARIS!!!" Kilan yells running after me. I can't feel anything. I can't even see. Next thing I know i'm in the healing shaft.

Kilan is sitting asleep with his elbows and head on my cot. I kiss him on the forehead. He started to wake up, I can tell he was crying quite a bit. "A-aris.. Are you Okay? I was worried sick about you." He says grabbing my chin as he pulls in slowly. I can feel his heat, it's so warm I don't want to back away. Both our lips collide softly together as he gives me all his warmth. I close my eyes holding him. I back away slowly. "Kilan... What happen?.?" He looks up at me. He gets up and sits on the cot right next to me. "You fell down the hill and hit a couple rocks at the bottom. You were unconscious for 12 hours." He says grabbing my hand in his."Kilan I don't ever want to leave your side." I say falling back asleep.

I wake up the next morning. I notice that Kilan must have went home. Luckily I can get up and walk. I walk out of the healing shaft and I peek out the door. I guess Kilan was talking to some of the soldiers. He must have spotted me because hes walking in my direction. "Hey, Aris. How was your rest?" He says opening the door wider. "Good I guess, what are you doing out here?" I ask softly. "Oh, I was talking to some of the guys over there waiting for you to wake. Nothing really big." He grabs my hand and pulls me into a big embrace. I couldn't miss one of his hugs. There so warm, he's like a cuddly bear. "Hey, Aris!" Kilan says softly. Is I want to answer someone else interrupts our conversation. Oh, it's dad.

He walks up to me and ushers me to walk with him."I'll talk later." I let out before leaving with my dad. I can hear a faint whisper of Kilan's voice. "I'll be here." As I walk with my dad in silence which feels like hours, he starts talking. "Aris you need to find a prince to marry you have no time to waste. We are sending you out to look for the right one. We are at least letting you choose, unlike other royal families." He says in his tight voice. Before I can say a word he starts going on again. "I'm sorry to bring this up so soon but, we're running out of time. We need to pass down the crown. But to do that you have to be married..."  I stop him right there. "DAD!! So your saying I have to get married to some strange prince to become queen. And why is this so soon? And why do I have to marry a prince?" I say panicking."Aris, calm down. Yes, you have to get married. And the reason for it to come so soon is that the council is fighting and they're demanding us to pass down the crown asap. And the reason for you to marry a prince is because your a princess, your suppose to marry princes. Not some rat off the street." He says that last sentence harshly toward Kilan.
"DAD DON'T EVER TALK ABOUT KILAN LIKE THAT EVER AGIEN. HE IS MY HEART. MY EVERYTHING AND IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THAT, YOU CANT. I  WILL FOREVER LOVE HIM." I yell to his face. "Go to your room.." He says in a faint voice. "Huh?" Not knowing what he said. "GO TO YOUR ROOM."He screams and hits me across the face. I Yelp in pain. I guess Kilan herd me. "ARIS!! ARE YOU ALR---....." Dad shoves him aside. "LEAVE MY DAUGHTER ALONE YOU SCUM." Kilan gets up holding his stomach. "I WILL NOT, AND I WONT LET YOU HURT HER YOU TROT!!" He says with anger in his eyes. Something I've never seen in my life out of him. Dad throws him across the ground and he hits a brick wall. "Gahh." Kilan yelps. Dad grabs his neck and holds him up agenst the wall. I run up to my dad und try pulling his arms away. "DAD, LET HIM GO!!!" As I yell that in his ear he takes his left arm and swings it. It hits me right in the stomach. I fly back and hit the other wall. I lay there blinking in and out of focus. Next thing I know I'm sleeping.

I wake up and I'm in the healing shaft. I see no sign of  Kilan anywhere.
