"...but how is that I felt his hands? He touched me and I could sense that?" Madie asked Sam as he drove the car.
"Hallucinations cannot make you feel them girl, it's just you were thinking much, you kinda became senseless...", he said looking at the road.
"Hmm..."
"It's alright, hallucinations are not bad, just control it, or else people will call you mad."
"I have control over it, okay?"
"Mmhmm.."
"You're the one responsible for these! If you wouldn't have left, nothing would've happened to me! Just one incident! You..!"
"We're here", Sam said as they stopped in front of a high school. St. Eva's high school.
"I hope girls don't laugh at me for my outfit?" She asked smiling stupidly.
"Lame", he said rolling his eyes.
"I think I need to go, right?" She asked staring at the gate.
"Your friends are waiting, will you go or I'll throw you?"
"Okay. Okay", she huffed getting out.
Sam drove back to the road while Madie walked in nervously. It's not like starting a new journey, it's like starting a new life, forgetting all odds of the past.
"Maddy!" Piu called as Sandy and Yash waved at her. They were her childhood friends.
"Hey!" She said smiling widely at them.
"Missed you a lot!" Sandy said as they embraced.
"Me too."
"Us too!" Yash and Piu said in unison.
"So let's go now, shouldn't be late in the first class", Yash said making their ways to the locker.
Madie stopped as her phone buzzed. A text from Sam.
Wish you all the best in the journey ahead. Love you, sweetheart.
She smiled widely giving a short reply. As she was keeping the phone back in the pocket, unconsciously hit someone.
"I'm sorry, I'm really sorry", she said sitting down picking up his things.
"It's okay", he said slowly picking her things.
Her eyes widened at the boy in front. The same hairs, the same look, a plain navy blue buttoned up shirt with a blue jeans, looks like Roosevelt himself..!
"Raoul?" She whispered unconsciously.
"Sorry?" He asked looking at her.
"No. Nothing", she replied never taking off her eyes.
They picked up their things and he walked on his own ways leaving her standing and staring behind.
"Hey, are you okay?" Sandy asked nudging her.
"Yeah..yeah, let's go", she said looking at his almost faded figure.
One could certainly see a curl on his lips as he walked.
