English - The Day, Where We Forget Each Other (THE END)

Part 1

It was 10 p.m., and the street was silent and empty. Two young policemen had just stepped out of a nightclub, running raids, suddenly bumped into a young man who just killed a woman in the back alley of the Pub.

"Hey, stop! What are you doing?" The two cops were pointing the baton at the culprit. Fights ensued, and one policeman was slashed by a knife in the chest and injured.

Seeing that, the culprit quickly ran away.

"Stop!! Don't run!!" the other policeman was about to chase after him, yet he turned for a second to check on his partner.

"Ming, are you all right?"

"Just go, Sing! I'll call for help! "

Singto nodded once and was immediately chased after the killer.

"Stop! You will not get away!" he yelled.

"Be careful!" Ming told him.

Singto lost track of the criminal when arrived at the construction site and decided to check around. He then turned the flashlight from his cell phone to light the way, he was sneaking around the walls and to semi-finished pillars,  there was a lot of rubble that was blocking the path.

He walked carefully, then suddenly heard the sound of a dog's growling from the distance. He just ignored it and continued to search for the culprit who he sure was hiding around the building construction.

Suddenly he saw a shadow behind a pillar not far from him, he shortly suspected that it was the culprit, then quickly turned off his flashlight and was sneaking, and planned to ambush the culprit from behind.

But as he approached, Singto accidentally kicked the rubble and fell, the culprit took the opportunity to attack him first. He swung the knife toward Singto's head, Singto rolled over to dodge but was cut on his right arm.

The culprit came back again, this time he aimed the knife at Singto's face. Singto managed to hold the culprit's hand strongly, but the tip of the knife almost got into his left eye. His hands were trembling while holding the knife and sweating.

Suddenly a white dog jumped over and pounced on the culprit from behind, but his left arm, so he reflexively swung the knife at the dog to release the bite.

The dog nimbly dodged but the blade happened to injure his left front leg. Singto took the opportunity to get up and hit the man's hands using a baton, causing him to throw the knife instantly. The dog pounced and bit him again.

The criminal tried to escape from the dog's bite while trying to dodge Singto's blow. He has been trapped this time. So he didn't have a choice but to give up and Singto immediately handcuffed his hand.

Then he made contact with the police station to request reinforcement. While waiting, he was stroking the dog's head.

"You help me again, buddy! Thank you!" said Singto, then crouched down to examine its wounded leg.

The dog was barking while wagging his tail and jumping with one leg bends, the blood kept coming out of the wound.

"You hurt from helping me!" Singto was about to hug the dog, but it tried to avoid it and approached him again to lick the wound on Singto's arm. The man was startled for a second and smiled at it.

"Did you follow me?" Singto asked the dog again while stroking its head. "You always show up every time I am in danger, I wish to adopt you, but unfortunately my family doesn't like a dog..."

The white dog barked sadly.

"Er...maybe I can keep you at the police station...they would love to have a dog that can help to catch the culprit..."
