"It's time ta' get up baby. It's ya' last day." I said shaking Londyn. Her light eyes fluttered and opened up, staring into mine. "Today I graduate mommy." She quickly rose up the bed and started jumping up and down then stopped making a sad face. "Daddy won't be there."
I sighed. "Com'ere baby." She slowly walked in front of me with a pout. I held her hands while looking into her green eyes. "Londyn you know how busy daddy is. Today is ya' day not his. So let's get you dressed up looking nice and pretty. Plus I dont think he would like you being upset."
She nodded. "Okay mommy. You're here." I smiled. "And that's what matters." She jumped in my embrace wrapping her small arms around her neck. I felt sad about the fact of him not being here especially for Lo 's first graduation. My baby had got straight A 's or O's as they put in. Londyn stepped on her little purple stool and grabbed the tooth paste and toothbrush. "Mom, you know the deal. I need music!"
She has to bump to music while getting ready. There's already habits and she's only five. "What song babe?" Yes, I bought her an iPod and Speaker. "My favorite song!" I turned on We Dem Boyz by Wiz. "Aye turnup ma!" She cheered.
I laughed. "Hurry up so I can get you dressed up!"
"Okay! I'm done." She smiled showing her missing tooth.
I gave her a quick shower and then dressed her in a tribal coral, blue and creme romper with some creme sandles. I put in some gold studs and did her long hair. She had the middle parted in a ponytail with the rest out in curls. I put a blue bow in the ponytail. My baby looked so cute. "I look pretty like a Diva!"
I laughed. "Yes Londyn! Take a picture so I can send it to daddy." She smiled and put her hand on her hips. I captured the photo and sent it to August. I received an automatic message.

I poured the milk in the bowl full of cereal and gave it to Londyn. "Daddy said your his beautiful baby guh and he misses ya'." I told her. She smiled before eating a spoon full of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. "Let me talk to him!"
"He sent me a text message mija. Wanna call him?" I asked her. Her eyes widened nodding quickly. I pressed 2 on speed dial, and it called August. She took the
phone. "Hello? Daddy!" She smiled.
"I miss you too. I graduate today daddy a-and I want you to be there."
