There are no daemons waiting for us instead far from us it looks like downtown because there are so many people in red or black or fire clothes with wounds and horns. Some have swords sticking through them, an arrow sticking out of them, and axe on their bodies, and so much more. That must be how they died then. I look to my right and left and there is some kind of tunnel to my left and I look all the way down it and see nothing but a tunnel so I gesture for my team to follow me and I take out my gun as a signal for them to get ready too. They do. I turn off the safety on my gun and start to walk with my team following but I try to stay low just in case someone can spot us and they follow. One we are concealed by the tunnel I look at the map Dron has put in my watch it has red dot that shows were we are at the moment and I look where the tunnel leads and it leads to nowhere its just a long tunnel. We need to move to somewhere where we can hide and plan but it also needs to be near food and water. I look on the map until I see there is one pond but nothing surrounding it or near it other than buildings then I find woods but no water next I find a square shaped that is marked off near downtown so we can get food and water from town if we have money.
"does anyone have money?" I whisper
"no." andrew says
"no." Mack says
"yes." Conner says
"how much?" I ask
"seventy-five dollars."
"who gave it to you?"
"Dron."
"okay. Keep a hold of it."
"okay."
"so we can go here." I show them the little square on the map.
"what is that?" Mack asks
"a marked off area. There is no other place near food or water that we can hide at."
"okay so how do we get there?" Andrew asks
"um, like this." I touch the route button and I start at where we are and move my finger along the allies and the back of the buildings to the square as the red line follows my index finger.
"okay."
"let's move. Follow me and do exactly as I do and what I say."
"got it." Conner replies
"works for me." Mack says
I head back up the tunnel gun in hand and ready to pull the trigger and my team follows with their weapons in their hands. When I reach the mouth of the tunnel I tuck the muzzle of the gun in my pant's waist and look out at the people in downtown and make sure no one is looking our way and I walk out of the tunnel and run still close to the ground to the back of the nearest building and when I get there I turn around and I'm the only on that went. Andrew peeks around the wall and looks at me I waft the air towards me to signal to him to come here he runs towards me. Then I see Conner peek around and I do the same and he comes and as soon as they are here with me it's Mack's turn. I give her the signal and she darts from the tunnel but then I hear a gun fire I look to my right and see soldiers dreesed in red and black with fire designs marching towards us with guns and swords in hand. Mack bumps into me because she was too fast to stop. We fall to the ground,
"attack!" I hear from the lead soldier. I stand up and take my gun out turn the safety off and tell,
"attack!" just like he did.
My team gets all of their weapons ready,
"don't go to them Mack wait for 'em." I tell her still focused on the soldiers approaching us.
