Four days after elevator incident...

It was dark in the room, but when Keith heard a knock at the door, he glanced up like he would be able to see who it was. Frowning, thinking it was Shiro and something was wrong, he went to the door and opened it without asking for a reason. He almost took a step back in surprise when he saw Lance. Blushing a little when seeing Lance's flustered face, his mind only went to certain things Lance might want at this time in the night.

"What," Keith mentally facepalmed when he overcompensated trying to hide his embarrassment and the word came out harsh. He was just a little worried. They never spoke about their time in the elevator, Keith only allowed himself to think of that moment when he was in his room alone, because every time his heart raced, his face got red, and he couldn't help but get stiff when thinking of how it had felt. How Lance had felt.

"I... well..." Lance struggled, rubbing the back of his neck and Keith noticed that there was a blanket wrapped around his shoulders. "Hunk is with Pidge and Coran making sure the teladove is polished and setup correctly, and I had gone to Shiro's room, but I don't think he's alone. Sooo that leaves you, and since we've been more than a little intimate, I was hoping it would be alright."

Keith waited, but the boys still hadn't said what he wanted. "If what would be alright?"

"Oh, yeah," Lance smiled a little disappointedly and mumbled the rest of his words. "I had a night terror and didn't want to be alone."

Keith couldn't help but feel a little warm inside, even if he was the last person Lance had come to for comfort. He blushed, thanking his past self for not turning the lights on. It was harder to see how red his face got in the dark. "O-ok, come in."

Keith moved out of the doorway, and Lance slowly wondered in. Keith closed the door behind him and they stood there awkwardly in the dark.

"Did you want to talk..." Keith said a little uncertain on what to say.

"No... not really."

"Well, what does Hunk do to comfort you?"

Lance sighed like he was just as uncertain as Keith. "He usually makes me some something to eat or drink, then we lay in his bed, and I just stay there until I feel better."

"Okay, um, just lay on the bed, I should have something around here somewhere..." Keith turned and started rummaging in his closet on the top shelf.

Lance turned, relief swelled I his chest when Keith had let him in but got upset when he bumped into the dresser before finding the bed because Keith hadn't turned on the lights and his eyes hadn't adjusted to the dark yet. He sat on the edge of Keith's bed and waited, a little nervously for the Korean to find what he was looking for. A loud crackle of what sounded like plastic made Lance wonder what Keith now had his hands on. Keith was returning to the bed, sitting beside Lance, handing him something familiar wrapped in a cheap bag of plastic.

"What is this?" Lance thought it was too good to be true.

Keith smiled, "A Moon Pie."

Lance said nothing, tearing into the package and taking the biggest bite. "Ere dif you fine dis?"

Keith couldn't help but laugh, and it was a nice sound to Lance's ears. Keith didn't laugh that much.

"That alien store you and Pidge found in the Space Mall. I went back after the next day a little curious to see what was in there. I thought you guys would have seen them."

"Honestly, we were just excited about the gaming counsel, we completely forgot to look at anything else, and then E.T. was handing us a freaking cow. We were more than a little distracted." Lance laughed, "when did E.T. decide it was a good idea to stop at a gas station is the real question."
