Sams POV

''Corey, have any idea when Colbys getting home. - He has been out all day, I'm worried, I -''

''Sam! Calm it, Colby is just being Colby.''

Corey reassured me, patting his two frigid hands on my shoulders, passing me a cup of cranberry juice.

''Sam, Colby is okay, he's normally out late.''

I took an unsteady breath, just enough so Corey couldn't see my worriedness.

''It's 1 AM! He should have texted me, you know that.''

''Maybe his phone is out of charge,''

Corey said, giving me an unwanted smile.

''Besides, he's with Brennen.'' He added,

That's the point, Brennen probably drugged him!

I thought, turning to the door, hearing a slight sound of keys struggling to get in.

''Colby!''

I screamed, running to the frosted door, opening it wide and steadily.

 ''Hey ... Sam!"

Colby acted as if he was sad, until he looked up, staring deeply into my bloodshot eyes. I caught him instantly, gazing back at his crystal ocean ones. They were bright and clear as if it could make anyone droll over him. He is probably so straight -

What are you thinking, Sam! Come on.

"I .. um - Are you okay?"

"Yeah, Brennen just got a little. Well, very drunk and we got into an argument."

" - Colby! Man, get some rest you seem tired."

Corey jumped from behind me, making Colby's eyes spring of mine onto Corey's slightly messy man bun, with strings falling in front of his sunburnt face. The ocean eyed boy hesitantly nodded and swerved past me, nudging my shoulder; making me uneasily blush.

"I'll ... come with you Colby."

That sounded perverted, oh god.

"No, I have a ... um, a headache."

He gave me a smile, I assumed he didn't exactly want me to notice, though I did, forcing my cheeks to shine a brighter shade of red than before. Assuring that Corey wouldn't expect anything, though Colby could easily tell I was blushing.

I kept staring at him while he walked up the stairs and the door slammed shut unsurprisingly fast.

''What the actual f*** was that?''

Corey coughed, making me look at him with tired eyes, still bloodshot.

''What?''

''I mean, you talked to him like he was royalty!''

''No. I ...''

I froze and walked towards the sofa, quickly settling down; not looking up.

''Corey, I have no idea whats happening and I'm scared.''

''Well Sam, by the looks of things you do know whats happening.''

Corey looked at me, helping me up although I just wanted to stay there and close my eyes and drift into a deep sleep.

''Just leave me alone, Corey.'' I commented, immediately scurrying away up the stairs, passing Colby's bedroom door that was half open.

''Sam, I'm sorry.''

Confused, I went into his room and glazed at him, he was sitting at his desk with a smirk on his face.

''Y - Yeah?''

God dammit, why does your voice have to be so damn hot?

''I cant record on Sam and Colby tomorrow so can we post a pre-recorded?''

''S - Sure, will I edit?''

''It's my week but thanks, Sam.''

I swallowed slowly and nodded, walking into my bedroom; debating if I should look back, even for a moment. But I didn't.
