" Soo , you know prom is coming up " Amber says while we walk to lunch .

" yeah but skies is on tour . I told him I didn't even wanna go , he already graduated and everything . " I shrug .

" bitch , what girl wants to miss her first prom " Amber ask .

" Your first prom ..... I've been going to prom since I was a freshman cause skies is 2 years older than me . " I laugh .

" Still , will he be done with tour before prom ? " she ask taking a seat .

" no " I frown .

" girl your dick will come soon enough . I know you miss him . " she giggles .

" so much " I sigh .

Some boys from the football team come in filed in a single file line . It's a little weird because they usually enter in a mob while yelling and cussing still playing music though . James is holding a speaker playing skies's song red roses with a bouquet of roses ..... they are all holding roses . The whole cafeteria suddenly gets quiet .

" that didn't help " I frown .

Jalen strolls over to us and hands me his bouquet .

" aw , Jalen thank you but - " he walks away and stands in a line with the rest of the boys but now their line is horizontal .

Tony strolls over and hands me his bouquet .

" what's going on ? " I ask Amber .

She shrugs and smiles at me . The whole football team brings me roses and sooner or later our table is covered in them . All the boys are still lined up .

I hear a voice say from behind them .

When the boys part I see ....

" skies ? " I whisper .

" it's me baby " he smiles while holding the sign .

It reads " Be my shawty at prom ? "

I just laugh and smile . I run up to him and kiss him .

" your the best " I smile .

" tell her , Ian do none of this " he pointed to Amber .

" I have the best family ever " I smile hugging the both of them .
