"CAN'T YOU SEE I'M BUSY! GO AWAY!" Don shouts at me. A single tear rolls down my red cheek as Dons face goes from angry to regretful. Before he can say anything to me I turn away from his 6'5" form and run down the hallway to the front door and out to the forest. I hid behind one of the first few trees and watched as Don burst through the front door and began to look around frantically. "Cosmo! Cosmo, where are you?" He called loudly making me shrink away from the door more. More tears fell as his words echoed in my head. I'M BUSY! GO AWAY! I continued walking barefoot into the woods but collapsed, after what felt like hours of walking, from exhaustion and dehydration. Why did I have to do this in the middle of summer. The sound of a running stream drew me in as I plopped myself onto the stoney bank and began to throw small pebbles in and giggle at the plop they make.

When I finally grew board or ran out of pebbles, I forget which, I moved back into the woods and began eating some berries off the bushes. "Mmh" I sighed as I bit into a sweet berry. I grabbed some more to take with me as I continued to walk. I yawn and sigh as I settle down and pull my large shirt over my bare legs as I begin to doze off. Cold wind blew making me curl smaller before welcoming sleep.

Sniffing woke me from my sleep and my eyes darted open when I felt a wet nose press against my cheek. An oddly familiar black wolf stood in front of me, whimpering quietly, until I gently reached forward and rubbed between its erect ears. It gave off a wolfy purr and moved closer, laying in front of me and moving closer until it was practically laying on my lap. "You're very friendly for a deadly killer." I say quietly while stroking down its body. "I wish Don was like this. He's just ignores and shouts at me." I sniffle as tears begin to fill my eyes. The big wolf looks at me sadly before frantically licking my face. I giggle then scream loudly as it pins me down and licks my face more. When it stops it lays between my legs and rests it head on my stomach. "I wish I could take you home." I said but my face falls as I realise, "b-but I don't have a home anymore." The mood drops and I move to sit up as the wolf moves with me. "I guess you'll want to go back to your home soon." I said solemnly, rubbing one of the wolf's ears. "You must have a family and friends who miss you." I said and watched the wolf stand. I stood as well but stumbled when the wolf stuck his head between my legs and lifted me so I was sat on his back. Holding on tight, he began to trot in an unknown direction, the swaying motion lulling me to sleep as we continued through the undergrowth.

I woke on the floor and looked around to see I was back at Don's house. Tears swelled again when I saw him in the bedroom window pulling on a shirt. Before I could move back to the cover of the forest he looked out the window at me. I watched as he disappeared from the window and reappeared in the front door and ran towards me. I whimpered away from his giant form and he fell to the ground in front of me and pulled me into a hug. "Oh cosmo, I've wanted to hug you since I found you." He said as he began to cry. "B-but I had to get you home first. I needed you to be safe." I pushed him away and held strong as I questioned him, avoiding his painful red eyes. "W-what do you mean since you found me? I-I haven't seen you since I left." He lowered his head, obviously thinking of an answer before he looked back at me. "Look I know you won't believe me or anything I have to say. But the wolf you met yesterday, that was me." I looked at him confused before making up my mind. "Prove it or take me back to town." I said sternly and watched him stand and nod before walking a few feet away. I watched in awe as his body became misshapen then reshaped into that of the large black wolf that had laid with me yesterday. He walked to me and licked my face again before changing back. He kneeled naked in front of me, his large hand covering his most delicate parts as he looked to me "Cosmo, I have a lot to fess up to and I want to tell you everything. It will be easier if you ask me any questions when I'm done okay?" He says looking to me shyly. I nod and listen as he explains. "Well, firstly, I'm a werewolf as you have just seen. Uh, secondly, I'm what's called an alpha, it means I'm the leader of a group of werewolves. Thirdly, you are my mate, which basically means I would follow you to hell and back and do anything to see you smile and make you laugh. Fourthly or whatever number I'm on, I'm sorry for being an ass to you, I've been so stressed with pack stuff I haven't had much time to be with you and when I am I'm exhausted and angry. I'm so sorry, a-and if you will, I'd love to be your boyfriend again and you could be my luna." I smile as a tear runs down my cheek as I place my hand on his cheek and pull him so that our foreheads are pressed together. "Whats a luna?" I question quietly making him chuckle. "The leaders mate, she, or in this case, he helps run the pack. Aswell as produce pups." He says quietly before kissing me softly. "If it mean that you spend time with me then I guess I'll give you another chance." I say and begin to giggle and scream as he picks me up and spins me round, hugging me tightly. "B-but first," I said calming down from my laughter, "p-put some pants on." He sets me down and pulls me into his bare chest. "Give me a kiss first." I nod and give him a passion filled kiss, giggling slightly when he nibbles my lip and is refused entry.
