I still think of you
now and then clock is ticking
I wait for you
as I see you smiling with her and leavingyour back turned against me
but i still waited for you
the leaves fell gently
summer became winter bluei couldn't gather myself
i knew somehow you wouldn't come back
so dust filled the shelf
i cut our red stings, it wouldn't come backi was better off on my own
i was better off alone
i reminded myself it was dawn
i reminded myself it was dawnTime passed, but nothing compares
to the way you laugh, the curls of your hair
i went back to the place i met you
thought of you but knew you didn't have a clue
