Three weeks, ninty five fights, now a baseball game. Bella's father said he will mind Cara, he's taking her the the reservation to the beach. I don't know why I'm going to play baseball, I hate the sport, but Bella asked so did Jasper so I agreed. Apparently Jasper wants to show me something, his families secret but I don't care, just cause they know mine doesn't mean I need to know there's.

"Come on Cassie, she'll be fine with my dad." Bella says trying to drag us out the door.

"Cara, you have your pepper spray? Phone?" I ask helping her into her helmet and leather jacket from Jasper.

"Yes, I take it everywhere Cas." She laughs.

"Get on monkey." I smile picking her up and placing her infront of me.

"You sure that's safe?" Bella asks.

"Yeah, it's how we got from New York." I flip my viser down and watch as she gets into Edwards car before I peel out of the drive and follow behind them to Bella's house. Once we arrive Bella waits for me and I watch as Jasper and Alice get out of a jeep and walk to Edwards car. Alice hops in and drives off as I kick the stand down and kill the engine.

"Look Jas I'm wearing it." Cara calls happily showing Jasper the jacket on her.

"Bout time sweet pea." He smiles helping her down. I hop off and open my mouth but Cara beats me to it.

"Yes Cas, I have my pepper spray and phone." She smiles after taking her helmet off shaking her hair out.

"Yeah yeah, let's go see Charlie." I smile taking my own helmet off. As we walk up the small steps. Once inside Charlie waves at us from his place at the table before quickly looking back down at the fishing gear spread across it. I smile at the sight before me as I watch Cara run over and start looking at everything with wide intrested eyes. She's never had this, never had a man to look up too. She's only ever had me and our mom, and what good was that? She watched as our mother grew sicker by the day, never leaving her bed unless it was for hospital trips that I'm still paying for, while I was out fighting every chance i got to keep a roof over our heads and food in our bellies. Cara was the one who watched as the light slowly left our mother's eyes before I got home and forced her from the room. She was the one to give mom the pills to stop the pain while I was fighting. She's never had a life but I'll make sure she has one now. She deserves good memories to grow up with unlike me. She deserves everything I wished for as a child.

"You kids doing anything fun?" Charlie asks snapping me out if my mental battle.

"Baseball." I say without thinking my mind on auto pilot.

"Baseball? Your telling me, Bella is going to play baseball?" He asks skeptically.

"Yep. I'm gonna teach her to play." I smile at him hoping he buys it.

"Oh okay, makes sense. Just be careful. There's a storm brewing." He smiles back before looking at Cara again.

"I'll make sure your not needed in the hospital, as long as you promise to make sure little C is safe on this fishing trip your off on." I smile warmly at him.

"Like I'd let anything happen to this one. Now go, go play baseball." He smiles. Both me and Bella wave before heading back out the door. Once outside we head over the jeep Jasper and Edward are stood at smiling at us both.

"Lets get gone shall we?" Jasper asks his southern accent coming out strong. We all jump in the jeep and Jasper peels away from the drive way.

This is gonna be fun.
