Why do you do that ?

Zayn and i are laying on the bed while I watch him reply to his emails absentmindedly .

"Zayn ? " I whisper after a moment

"Hmmm ?" he replies with a distracted mind .

"Can you bring ruby in ?" I ask and he turns his attention to me momentarily.

"Didnt you not want visitors ?" he asks but there's a smile playing on his lips .

When I don't reply he smirks .

"I thought as much , il ring her and she can come in later " he smirks .

I smile widely at him and kiss his cheek ,

I have missed her so much .

After lunch the twins start to stir and I know it's time to feed them again .

Since Harley is the first to stir I pick her up carefully from the crib and cradle her in my arms .

"Do you want the nurse ?" Zayn asks and I nod as i smile down at the beautiful angel in my arms.

Zayn hits the buzzer behind my head and immediately Kate appears in the door way .

"I just need some help again " I plead and she smiles kindly at me .

"Of course Skye , lets sit you down back down on the bed and lets see how we go " Kate smiles .

"Il just take my calls and leave you be , do you want me to return your calls too ?" Zayn asks and I nod gratefully at him .

"Just answer my texts and check my messages , jules should he taking care of the rest " I reply .

"Il be back soon so " he replies and he bends to kiss my forehead before taking the time to kiss each of the twins lovingly on there foreheads .

He winks at me as he leaves with his phone already pressed to his ear.

Why does he do that ? Is he uncomfortable around me when I'm breast feeding because I'm pretty sure my modesty went out the window a long time ago .

"Lets get you started " Kate says and she helps me again to feed the twins .

Zayn returns just as I lay Rayne down for her change .

"Well look who's just in time for his first nappie change " Kate giggles and Zayn smirks at her from the door way .

"All feed burped and almost changed" Kate says and she motions Zayn in .

"Lets see how you go then eh ?" Kate suggests and I stand back with an amused smile pulling at the corners of my mouth .

We watch him thru curious eyes as he carefully undoes her diaper .

He is doing very well but I can tell he's concentrating , his mouth is open slightly and his tongue is resting between his teeth .

I stifle an entertained giggle and instead I smile encouragingly at him .

He holds up the diaper and I can tell straight away he's confused .

"Pictures to the front " Kate whispers and he gives her a baffled look .

She takes it from his hands and she holds it up , holding the front up and he nods in understanding and continues .

"TA-DA " he laughs when he's done and I giggle at him.

He proudly places Her back into the crib beside Harley and he adjusts her blankets around her .

"That was Rayne right ?" he asks and I giggle again .
