I wake up to complete black. I can't remember anything.
"What's my name, where am I , what's happening"
Questions kept running through my mind. Once my eyes adjust to the darkness I see multiple boxes. I realize you are in one yourself. And it's going up. Very fast.
I stand up and scream and bang my fists on the walls until my hands are cut and bruised and probably bleeding.
I sit back down and pull my knees to my chest and hide my face in them and start to cry. There is a blaring alarm and a bright red light.
Then the box lurched to a stop followed by a teeth grinding squeal. The top opens and I see about twenty or so faces staring down at me
"What the..."
"It's a girl"
"Is she hot"
"I call dibs"
"Shut up you shanks" a boy calms the rest down and jumps down into the box . He was African-American and had no hair. He looks at you with a confused and frustrated look on his face.
I stand up and look him up and down.
"And who might you be"
I ask, confidently
"I ask the questions around here ya shank"
He responds. He try's to grab at you but you grab his arm and twist it behind his back
"I asked you a question"
I hissed in his ear
"I suggest you answer it"
He grunted in pain
"Alby the names alby"
He muttered, grunting again
A boy with dirty blonde hair and brown eyes jumped into the box. He looks at you with soft eyes
"Hey, love its ok don't be scared"
He cooes at you
"Why can't I remember anything
I demand
"We don't know"
The boy answers
You let him go shoving him at the other boy. Blondy catches him and looks at you.
"Who are you"
You ask
"Newt, and we have rules here in the glade"
"1 never harm another glader
2 do your part and
3never and I mean NEVER go beyond the walls"
He stated
"What walls
I wonder out loud
" let's get out of the box and I'll show you" he said pulling himself out of the box. Alby was already gone.
Newt offered me his hand and I took it.
As soon as he pulled me up I let go of his hand and ran toward an opening in the four walls.
"She's going to the maze"
Someone yelled.
I didn't look back but I could hear someone running after me. I know there going to jump at me so i stop running and squat so they trip over me. I start to stand but the person recovers fast and before I know it he's on top of me.
He has funky eyebrows and blonde hair.
"Take her to the pit until she calmes down"
Newt tells the boy
"Thought you could out smart me eh greenie" he smirks
Time skip
I hear footsteps coming toward the pit. I straighten up to see who it is. It's newt. He smiles at you and sits in front of the cage
"Hey there greenie"
He greets me
"Hey"
I mutter
"If I let you out are you going to run again"
He asks
"I don't know"
I smirk
"Good enough for me"
He laughs and unlatched the cage. He offers me a hand and I accept. He pulled me out and once im standing on solid ground I start to walk.
Newt follows and you start to talk
"Newt"
"Ya"
He looks at you
"What's beyond those walls that's so bad" you ask
"A maze" he responds
"And that's dangerous because"
You ask, waiting for him to finish your sentence.
"It's not the maze greenie, it's what's in it"
He tells you as you come to a building
"This is the homestead, we all sleep here"
He explained
"Do you feel comfortable sleeping in the same room..."
you cut him off
"I don't want ANYONE"
You start looking to the other gladers
"To treat me differently because I'm the only girl"
You huff
"I'm just as strong as any of you"

"Than prove it"
Someone spoke up
It was eyebrows
"Fight me in like all the other greenies do"
He smirked
"No I don't want to hurt you, eyebrows"
Your shoot back, earning 'oohs' from the other gladers, who had started to form a circle around you and eyebrows

Newt tried to stop it
"No Newt, I can fight my own battles"
You smirk at Gally and get into your fighting stance
"Your sure you want to get your ass kicked bu a girl, eyebrows"
You smirk

He muttered
Than he charged at you and you simply side stepped him and he went flying into the group of people.
"Slow down there, eyebrows"
You chuckle
"Your going to hurt yourself"
"You little"
He ran at you this time not missing and taking you down by the waist
He straddles you and gets ready to punch you but you knee him in the back and head but him, causing him to fall off you and onto the ground
You put one foot on his back and look to the crowd
"You're to angry eyebrows"
You bend down to whisper on his ear
"That's why I will always beat you"
You stand to be greeted by an Asian boy with dark hair and dark eyes
"Hello there greenie"
He smiles a mischievous smile.
His eyes trigger something in your head.

He asks
"My name"
You smile at him
"It's y/n"
He smiles back at you
"Well y/n I'm Minho"
He extends his arm to shake your hand and you accept.
"Now let's get you to bed"
Minho says. You take his hand and you start walking to the homestead.
You have to admit he is pretty cute.
