Bo POV

"Well. Can we at least see her?" I asked the doctor before he walked away.

He slowly turned around before answering my question, "yes. You may. She is room 1313."

"Thank you so much. " I said while standing and walking with everyone behind me trying to find 1313. I saw room and started to tear up as I walked in. She was hooked up to all these machines. She looked so lifeless. Not the happy laughing little girl named Joe.

"I heard that you can talk to them. They can hear us. But can't respond cause ya know. " Matt said standing beside her.

"Hey Baby girl. I'm sorry that this happened." He paused to catch his breathe from crying, "please come back. I miss you. I love you. Please baby girl. This is Matt if you forgot." He slowly walked over to the chair and sat down with his head in his hands crying so much we needed to mop it up.

"Hey Joe. I'm sorry for everything that went down at school. I have a huge crush on you and when I found out that Jack was dating you. Well I was mad and decided to bully you. I'm sorry. I love you." Taylor said as he fell to the floor crying. He started to scream he was sorry and a nurse came in a calmed him down. So he sat in the corner crying his eyes.

"Hey. I'm sorry about Jack J being an asshole. He sucks. But sorry for everything. Please come back. We miss you. We need you. Love you." Jack G said before kissing her forehead.

"Joe. Comeback! Please! We miss you. Comeback. If you comeback we won't bully you any more. But most importantly Bo needs you! She can't live without you. " Aaron shouted and started crying and punching the bed and walls.

"Hey it's Shawn. Baby girll. You need to come back to us. You need to comeback for Bo. She is bawling right now. Please. We love you."Shawn said and sat down next to me. I tried to comfort him but he pushed me away. I was shocked but right now I don't care. I slowly stood up and walked to my half dead and half alive best friend.

"Joe? I miss you. Please don't leave me! I love you so much and you know that! We have been best friends and you are truly the only one I trust with my life. Please come back. Please? Jack isn't made to control a fabulous girl like you. He is stupid for doing that. It's his mistake. Comeback. On the count of three. Show a sign that your alive.

One...

Two...

Three!

Joe POV

I heard Bo say she would count to three so I can wake up. I thought you can do it. Just try really hard. What they all said is soo cute. I miss them. So lets do this. So Bo started counting

"One...

Two...

Three!" She said.

I tried my hardest and the room started to spin and next thing you know Im fluttering my eyes and see shocked faces of everyone. They all shout for the doctor. He runs in and says its a miracle. He does some tests and then tells me to name everyone in the room so I did.

"Doctor?" I asked before he left.

"Yes?" He responded while turning around.

"Thank you. " I said before he left.

"Your welcome" he said while smiling and then he left.

"Why'd you thank him?" Taylor asked.

"He was outside that door the whole time praying for me." I said while smiling.

"Did you hear us?"Matt asked while drying all his tears.

"Yeah I did. Matt and Taylor. C'mere (like come here but I combined the words. I'm creative.)" I said while looking at them. So they walked over. I kissed them both on the cheek and said "I'm here and I love y'all too. Thanks for saving my life. If it weren't for y'all courage then I'd be dead. So thank you." I said while squeezing them since I had all that extra machinery taken off me.

"Your welcome" Taylor said blushing.

"Welcome Beautiful. "Matt said smiling widely.

"Oh Hey Joe. Your okay." I heard someone say. Matt moved to the side as I saw Jack walk in.

"Why are you here?" I said as did everyone else.

"Cause I love you." Jack said as he started to cry.

"I almost died." I said as I started to cry.

"I need you." Jack said while crying.

"Well I don't need you." I said as I turned my head.

"I crave you." Jack said while walking closer.

"You don't deserve me! why should I give you a chance?!? Why should I let you stay in here? Your the whole reason Im here! So don't even try to get me back!" I yelled in tears.

"Baby! I'm sorry! I was mad. I thought that my best friend and girlfriend hooked up. I'm sorry." Jack said going through it.

"Well. That goes to show that you shouldn't believe what you see. You should believe me next time. We are through. Your my ex. " I said breaking my heart. I started to curl up in a ball and cry loudly.

"Okay. Just remember. I will always love yooooouuuuuuuuuuuu!!!" Jack screamed.

"I will remember. I will." I whispered as Taylor walked him out.
