I come from a far away place,
That everyone has heard of but few have ever been to.
I come from happiness and joy,
From anxiety and sadness.
I come from hard working parents.
I come from a father that was rarely ever home.
I come from a mother I looked up to.
I come from a beautiful home with trees and flowers.
I come from the sea and the countryside.
I come from traveling there and back,
From friends that supported me
And had my back.
I come from a place that made my life unique.
And that was special to me.
