=Doctors POV=

I was sitting in bed, trying to fall asleep, while Quinn was in her own TARDIS sleeping. With our TARDIS' connected, we can go to eachothers TARDIS' at any time. My room was a deep blue with stars everywhere. There was also a giant window looking out into space behind the bed in the middle of the room.

Without warning, Quinn walks into my room, her eyes red and puffy.

"Whats wrong?" I ask her concerned.

Then she just broke down, sobbing in her hands. She slowly walks over to my bed and I embrace her in a hug. She starts to calm down and her breathing starts to slow to a normal pace.

"Do you want to talk about it?" I ask.

She nods her head and takes a deep breath.

"Well, I was at my old orphanage." She started. An orphanage? I guess I really didn't know too much about her.

"The kids would make fun of me, because I was different. In the dream, the kids laughed at me and called me names like freak or psycho. Then they beat me up until I was knocked out. When I woke up, I was being beaten by the owner of the orphanage. I had cuts and bruises everywhere from the previous children. Then the children helped her tie me up, and set everything around me on fire. It kept coming closer, while everyone was laughing, until I finally woke up."

She had tears in her eyes once again, but wiped them away before they fell.

"Was anything in that dream, influenced by anything that actually happened in that orphanage?" I asked her. She nodded and broke out into more sobs.

"The owner actually beat me, and the kids did make fun of me. I tried to end my life three times. I wouldn't eat and I- I would-." She didn't have to say anymore. I pulled her into a hug again and gave her hand a reasuring squeeze.

"C-can I j-just s-show you?" Quinn said in between sobs.

"Of course you can." I replied. She closed her eyes and I put my fingers to her temples.

At first, there was just darkness. Then, lights flickered. There was a little girl, who I was guessing was Quinn. She still looked some what the same, but skinnier and covered in cuts and bruises. She sat alone, in a dark room, cutting her wrists. I squeezed my eyes shut, I couldn't watch.

When I opened my eyes, we were outside. Quinn was walking by herself, kicking rocks as she walked. Then a boy came up behind her, pushing her, causing younger Quinn to fall on her knees.

"Hey psycho! Whatcha doin? Thinking of what it would be like to get adopted?! Well guess what? No one will ever adopt you! Your just a freak!" The boy said laughing. Then, instead of walking away, he started kicking Quinn in the stomach. When he left, she curled up in a ball and started crying.

The scene changed once again, and I was in a cafeteria. Everyone was in line getting food, then when Quinn was about to get some, the owner of the orphanage walked in front of her and said, "Sorry, no food for you today, you were being... different." Then she shoves her out of the way. All the kids started laughing as Quinn slumped out of the room.

Then I was out of her mind. I looked at her and she had her head down, like she was ashamed of her childhood. I held her hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze.

"Do you want to stay in here tonight?" I asked her, lifting her head up lightly, so I could look into her blue eyes.

She nodded and I scooted over so she had room. She laid next to me and looked up at the starry ceiling. I had never seen her so broken down before. She was usually so strong. No one deserved to be treated like that, and I was going to make sure she felt loved and wanted. Quinn's breathing finally slowed as she turned on her side. I snuggled up next to her and put an arm around her, as I slowly fell asleep.
