Part 2: Nico's POV: Sorting

I walk inside with Draco at my side. "Hey brother can you help me find this..... Umbrige?" I ask. "Oh yeah sure! Umbrige is right there! Oh right before you go, there is a man named Hagrid here. He is half giant but nice. Okay that's all, Hope you get into Slytherin!" He yells and heads of to I think the "Great Hall". I head to Professor Quirrell. "Um Hello? Are you by any chance Professor Quirrell?" I ask. "Oh I am! I assume you are Nico Di Angelo?" Quirrell responded. "Yes I am, the paper said I need to meet you and follow you to... "The Great Hall"?" I say politely. He nods and starts walking, I of course, follow him. He said to stay with the first years and that I will be sorted last. Now I need to wait...Wait didnt Draco say that there was a half giant?! Oh gods maybe this half giant is here to kill demigods at Hogwar- I get snapped outta my thoughts as Dumbledore cue us to show ourselfs and we did. Me being the tallest and oldest of the first years I stood out the most. Everyone stared at me but I didn't mind that much. They started calling of names that I didn't really pay attention to, I just payed attention to the house the first years are in. The Professors finished announcing the first years and I was the only one left. Well...this will be interesting! They call my name and I walk to the stool. They place the dirty hat on my head.

Oh? A demigod! Last time I had one was back in 1985! Now boy put down your walls so you can be sorted.

How can you..? You know what nevermind I'll put my walls down.

Staying true to my word I put my walls down. I can feel it going through my memories. Through my mum's death, The Lotus Casino, Finding out what I was, Bianca's Death, Tartarus, Gaia.... It took 30 minutes. 30 FRICKING MINUTES. Through all the sweet time the hat yelled out some things..

"WHAT THE HELL! THIS BOY OH GOD HOW ARE YOU STILL SANE?"

"I WILL ACTUALLY PAY FOR THE BEST THERAPY"

"YOUR SO YOUNG AND YOU HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS?!"

"OOOOO THATS ACTUALLY YOUR AGE!"

"ALRIGHT THIS BOY IS THE BRAVEST, CUNNING, SLY, LOYAL, SMART PERSON I HAVE SORTED! HE BELONGS IN EVERY HOUSE!!!! HE HAS BEEN THROUH EVEN WORSE THAN THE CHOSEN ONE OR ANYONE HERE! JUST GET HIM OFF OF ME DI IMMORTALS!"

After that shout out they quickly yanked the hat off. I just shrugged like it was normal or something. The whole crowd was muttering and saying that it was impossible. I turn to see Draco tearing up because of what it just said. All I thought was that he needed me. I jump off the stage and hugged Draco. "Shhh its okay my soldatino...everything is alright..." I said in a comforting voice. "I haven't been through that many stuff... Well sort of but I promise im okay now..." I say. Draco nods while his head is barried in my chest. "Ptff... I just realized im taller than you.." I laughed. Draco takes his head out of my chest. "No styx your o-" I cut Draco off by outting my hand on his nouth and he realizes what he was about to say. "Uhhhh... Anyways.. Nico Di Angelo what house do you want to be in?" Dumbledore ask. "Slytherin!" I quickly answered. "Nico you don't have to be in Slytherin! Just go in Grinffindor so you won't be hated like me!" Draco says. "I insist! I'm used to being hated and feared anyways! My final answer is Slytherin!" I say loudly to Dumbledore. He nods. "Nico you will have you dorm and common room seperated from the others. You may chose one person to be your only roommate!" He said. I look at Draco, Draco looks at me and we both nod. "Now instead of first day classes, we will have a free day on the first day. Enjoy your time here!" Dumbledoor said. As food appeared on the table. I sat down next to Draco. "Uh how will we sacrifice our food to father?" I asked to Draco in greek. He winks and goes to Dumbledor, whispers something in his ear and then a fire goblet appears infront of me. Draco runs back and smiles at me. "You little cheeky soldatino..." I mutter and Draco laughs. We both poured the best of our food into the fire. "To Hades!" We both muttered in greek. We started to eat but then the rudest comment came from a Griffindor. "BLOODY HELL WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?! YOU TWO ARE WEIRD!" I turned with a murderous look at a redhead next to Ron. "Haven't you heard of religion? Or are you so stupid that you dont even know what it means redhead?!" I spat with hate at the redhead next to Ron. "But Draco never did that when he was here! He didn't at all!" A Ravenclaw girl shouted. "Maybe he forgot? Anyways its not your business now is it?" I shot a death glare at both of them. "WHAT KIND OF HORRIBLE RELIGION IS THAT?!" The same redhead yelled.
"Oh no...you just pushed the hell button....you shouldn't have pushed that..." Draco said outloud. I jump out of my seat and start running towards the readhead but Draco holds me back. "BROTHER YOU JUST GOT IN HOGWARTS I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO GET OUT SOONER THAN A RABBIT CAN EVEN JUMP!!" Draco yelled. I still try to attack the guy cowarding behind Ron. I then hear a voice that i recognize to well. "Sunshine you dont want to get out of Hogwarts that fast. What will Chiron say? Or Hecate? Or your father?" The voice said. "Wait...Sunshine...Will?" I turn to see my boyfriend. I stopped trying to fight against Draco. Draco let's go of me. I coughed. "I'm the sunshine? Said the guy who has golden blonde hair, sun kissed tan, dark freckles, literally always in the sun." I said at Will Solace. "Anyways Solace, why are you here, who sent you and why did you stop me from killing this redhead?" I asked quiet fastly. "That is no way to treat your boyfriend now is it?" Will said. "Solace." I said. "Alright alright! First, Im here to for the same reason as you. Second, Chiron and Hecate sent me since you can't take care of yourself." "Hey!" " And third, why did I stop you? Oh I didnt mean to, maybe it was my beautiful voice that you cant resist~" Will said flirtatiously. "Dream on Solace. Go talk to Dumbledore, he knows what to do." I said simply. "Why not you fill me in?" Will whined and I rolled my eyes. "I barely know anything about this place since we transfered here, all I know is that it has weird names on everything." I stated. Will decided to tease me by walking very slowly toward Dumbledore. I picked up the fire goblet and ran towards Will with it. He started running and I stopped when he was near Dumbledore. I walked back to my seat. Everyone was staring at me. "Isn't it rude to stare you people?" I snapped. "Isn't it rude to chase people with fire goblets?!" A Ravenclaw girl said. "I have a right to do what I want, plus he's my boyfriend. Sunshine Solace over there knows I mean no harm unless if he was an enemy. My friend back in another school was a fire fanatic. Long story short, he ended up chasing me around with his hands on fire cause I annoyed him." I said, of course talking about Valdez. A lot of people gasp on the boyfriend part, a few people gasp on the chasing me around thing. "What? You guys hate gay guys cause they like guys and are not straight? Or you just sad that I have one before some of you all?" I say cocky but then Will wacks me. "Ow merda Will!" I said. "Nico language!" Will shouted. I muttered a sorry. "Welp I guess im glad to have someone that will be experiencing this with me." I said happily. He smiled at me. I then pulled him towards me. "No matter what go in Griffindor, for our quest" I whispered in his ear pretending like I hugged him, I then let go and he nodded. He ran to Dumbledore and explained. Long story short he got sorted into Griffindor but is going to share a room with me and Draco. I finally noticed that Draco's hair is platinum blonde. "Draco I thought your hair was black. Did you dye it?" I asked. I swear I saw his face go red a little. "Y-Yeah but its just because for the quest." He whispered and I nodded. We sat back down. Everyone started eating except Will. I smiled. I grabbed the goblet of fire and threw it at Will.
"Will catch!" I yelled at him. He turned around and catched it easily. He burned the best of his food and threw it back at me, which I catched. I set down the fire goblet and started eating. I then realized, I dont have my schedule yet. I jump up and walked towards Dumbledore. "Hey Dumbledore, I don't have my schedule. Assuming everyone has one since I saw students looking at them, where is mines?" I asked nicely. He hands me a paper with my classes on it.

I walked back to the Slytherin completely satisfied. By that time everyone finished eating. I walked to Will and gave him his schedule since it came with mines. Then I walked out of the hall.
