"How do you know ivy?" I ask Grayson with a confused tone. " I know her from when Ethan and I were in world war 2 she was a nurse" what the hell is happening I couldn't help but think to myself I didn't even an knowledge Ethan said Ivy was a vampire till now . How could I have not noticed that one of my only friends was a VAMPIRE! I feel so overwhelmed Why am I panting I can't catch my breath i'm gasping for air lm so hungry! I need blood. "Rose what's wrong, Rose......Rose". Grayson started panicking he began shaking my shoulder to try get me to tell him what was happening I managed to push out the word "blood" and with that Grayson blasted to the kitchen and came back with a blood bag in seconds. I ripped the blood out of Grayson's hands and pulled off the top part of the bag as fast as I could.
"That feels so much better" I said till I felt the worst pain in my stomach I started to groan and out of nowhere The blood I drank all came back up with one big dramatic cough that felt like it lasted for a life time Grayson looks at the blood on my blanket trying to figure out what he just saw, So was I. why can't I keep down blood?..... Grayson's eyes meet mine as we both looked up at each other. Neither of us could explain what just happened. How does a vampire vomit blood that they drink for the second time! I picked up the bloody blanket and dropped it onto the ground. Grayson stands up and says " I'll Get you a new one" you can tell I didn't have much time left by the softness of his voice. When Grayson came back into the room I asked " what was ivy to you and Ethan". " that's a really long story you up for it!" he replies with no comments about me not being alive towards the end. He finally relies is how the situation I'm in really is A life or death situation.
"It all started when my bother and I starting getting a lot of attention from the other soldiers because we never got injured. Some men saw us get shot but with Ethan and I living as vampires we healed quickly so there was no proof that we where shot in the first place. The news spread about these invincible twin brothers who have never been injured. Lucky for us everyone thought it was just luck, .... well, everyone except for ivy and her friend Maeve." " she's a vampire two" I Gasped. "Yes now back to the story " Grayson pushed on. " ivy and Maeve knew we didn't get shot out of luck they knew we got shot and healed immediately because we where vampires.
If you are wondering why we didn't compel them to stop thinking the truth. The reason is because we couldn't. We tried but it didn't work because vampires can't compel other vampires." "How old are they" I asked quietly and confused about what's going on. "They are 400 years old so It will be a miracle if Ethan can kill ivy despite of her Stringent" " I'm going to die aren't I" I began to cry I couldn't hold it back anymore. I let the tears roll down my cheeks I couldn't care less how I look right now in-fount of Grayson right now all I care about is that I live to see tomorrow. " you'll be okay.. I didn't mean that" Grayson pulls me into a hug " Ethan is a smart guy he'll find I way to save you I promise ". I started to came down being in Grayson's arms made me feel safe like nothing or no one could hurt me but I cannot be thinking like this I am with Ethan what's wrong with me!!!!. "Rose are you ok" Grayson says plunging me out of my thoughts. Thank goodness. "Ya I'm fine continue with the story please" "ok if you incest."Grayson begins once again
"Ethan and I both were relieved to find people that were like us like vampires basically. So the four of us became fast friends. After a while Ivy and I became close as In really close" Grayson winked " but we lost contact after the war so that's all history" Grayson didn't look me in the eye when he finished the story he most have really liked her, loved her even. Maybe he still does. "I'm so sorry Grayson didn't know that this wou..." he never let me finish " it's okay really ivy and I left on bad terms anyways besides you are what matters now to both Ethan and I" I felt my hart grow warm. He cares about me , here I go again. Stop thinking like this rose your with Ethan!!!!!!
"Thank you gray that means a lot" I leaning over to kiss him on the cheek as I do I feel myself growing weaker. Next thing I know I am out cold again......
Ethan's prospective.
I have to kill ivy I'm not going to let rose die. I just need a plan. I know How about I'll wait till Ivy's alone and I'll pretend I am talking to her on Graysons behalf, and say that he wants to see her again and that he misses her. All that lovely stuff she wanted to hear and when she least expects it I will kill her so fast she won't feel a thing . That sounds like a plan to me if I don't pull this off I'm going to die but I would rather die then live with out rose.. Jesus Christ I think I love her..... ok I'm ready let's do this. I hope Grayson won't kill me over this but if it's for rose I'll do anything she Worth it . I really do love her and if I come out of this alive I'm telling her how I feel.....
