I cry softly into his shoulder. I don't fully lose myself as that would be weird. I barely know him.
After a few moments, I manage to pull myself together again and he lets go of me.
"You're still upset" He glances at me in worry but I just shrug it off.
"I'll be fine. You should go back to your schedule. Don't waste anymore time with me." I say it a little more harsher than I intended.
He notices but ignores it.
"I have the rest of the night off. Why don't we hang out for a little bit. I just want to make sure you are okay."
Nayoung would die if I brought the biggest star in the country home. I think the media would die to get the photos of the star entering a random person's house.
"But the media" I mutter, almost not wanting him to hear my weak excuse.
To be honest, I really want him to spend more time with me. I feel as though I really need his support right now.
"Screw them. I'll have my hood on, maybe if I put on an extra coat then they won't recognise me. That could work." He tries to think around the problem.
I am quick to shrug off my coat and hand it to him. He hesitated but soon understands and puts it on top of his hood.
"We'll have to be fast" He states and I nod as I begin to check for a clear exit way.
Before I can say anything, he grabs my hand and runs out of the building. His grip is tight and warm as we just run down the streets.
"What's your address?!" He tells as he continues to run. I manage to call out the name of the apartment block and he suddenly turns so we are headed in the right direction.
Normally I would be out of breath by now but I can only focus on the fact that Ravi is holding my hand.
It feels so natural.
Like the most normal thing in the world. We soon arrive at my apartment building and I frown slightly when he lets go.
Quickly regaining my composure, I lead him to my apartment.
Walking inside, I gesture for him to be quiet as Nayoung may be sleeping.
But in true Nayoung style, she is seated by the TV rewatching one of Hyuk's movies.
"I'm home" I announce our arrival. She looks over and smiles at me but that smile quickly turns into an expression of shock when she sees Ravi standing beside me.
"Why is Ravi in our house wearing your coat?"
She becomes a rambling mess instantly."Hi" Ravi smiles as he greets her. He skips introducing himself as it's obvious she knows who he is.
"This is my sister Nayoung. Nayoung this is my boss, Ravi" I say quietly.
"Why didn't you tell me your boss was freakin Ravi?!" She exclaims.
I just shrug and take my coat off of Ravi. He shrugs it off and I am quick to hang it up by the door.
Ravi takes a seat on the couch beside Nayoung who is still staring at him in absolute shock and disbelief.
I sit on the other side of him and pause the movie which is still playing in the background.
"Can we take a photo together?" Nayoung asks the star who is more then happy to say yes.
He takes her phone and takes a couple of selfies with her. I'd offer to take some but she seems to be happy enough to have him take them.
"Does anyone want anything to drink or eat?" I ask aloud and they both shake their heads.
We just sit in silence for awhile. It is interrupted by Nayoung's phone.
She answers it and her expression quickly turns pale. She drops the phone and begins to cry.
I lean forward and pick up the phone to see the unknown caller hasn't hung up yet.
"This is Taekwoon, Nayoung's brother" I say into the phone.
Ravi looks at me, silently asking what to do with Nayoung. I ignore him and focus on the caller.
"Hi this is officer Jungwoo. We have really bad news for Nayoung. She didn't take it well."
My heart sinks as soon as I hear the all too familiar voice of the police officer who took over Nayoung's domestic violence case.
"I am on my way to secure your apartment Taekwoon. Sam has escaped."
