Today was a hot day. It was so hot that doing anything physical would be considered suicide, but that didnt stop the volleyball boys of Karasuno High at all. After their lost against Oikawa, they can't help but take every chance they have to practice.

The team was stretching after running their grueling laps around the court. Kageyama couldn't help but look over at Hinata. It wasn't that he really wanted to, but he couldn't tear his eyes away from the boy. He still got annoyed with the orange-haired idiot, but you could say that the tall boy also had feelings for him.

He liked how Hinata would always express in volleyball experiences in loud onomatopias and weird hand movements. He also loves the way he was so persistent. And he has to admit. Hinata is kinda cute.

Kageyama snapped out of his thoughts to see Hinata was breathing heavily with his hands on his knees. Hinata was breathing a little too heavily. It had only been 7 minutes since practice initiated, so why is the idiot already tired?

Kageyama bit his bottom lip, going back into thinking mode. Now that he is thinks of it, Hinata hasn't been acting like his normal self. He was a lot quieter and looked completely exhausted. Was it because of that awkward fiasco? Well he did catch Hinata before he could hit the floor. It wasnt normal for rivals to fall into each others' arms. But even before that, Hinata wasn't his normal self. The tiny middle-blocker has actually been slowing down during practices and would literally trip on air. He didn't even fight back when Tsukishima made fun of him!

Kageyama sighed. "Kageyama-kun?" Suga softly asked. "Are you alright?"

Kageyama nodded in reply "I am. Thank you for your concern, Sugawara-Senpai."

Daichi yelled for everyone to pepper. Before Kageyama could ask Hinata to become partners with him to investigate the smaller boy's actions, Tanaka grabbed him, all riled up. The wing-spiker failed to receive Kageyama's serve, which leaded to his fired up attitude. The pair begins to pepper, Tanka throwing the ball, only to have Kageyama bump it up in the air with ease. The first-year's eyes were on his fellow classmate, who was constantly missing the ball.

After a few balls to the face, thanks to his lack of attention towards Tanaka's hits, Kageyama started to realize Hinata's problem and the severity. The way he's acting. His normal routine. Everything started to make sense. The first-string setter's eyes widened. "Daichi-san," Hinata called, raising his hand in the air. Kageyama looked over at the situation as the captain addresses Hinata. "May I use the restroom?"

Daichi smiled and nodded. "Go ahead." After hearing those words. Hinata walked off. Kageyama also raised his hand. "Go Kageyama." The captain replied to the unvoiced question. Kageyama slowly walked off into the same direction as Hinata. He made his way to the bathroom to find Hinata washing his face. The short boy looked up.

"Hey," the orange-haired boy replied.

Kageyama stared at the boy. "I'm taking you to the nurse," Kageyama sternly said, "and I don't care if you don't want to."
