Bo yu liked evenings like these. Just him and Meng lin walking along the pavement hand in hand. No crazy fangirls, no weird paparazzi nor reporters. It was quite dark so Meng lin didn't have to cover himself much. He wore a simple shirt, dark jeans, comfortable snickers and a cap. Bo yu smiled at their laced fingers. They molded together like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.
"Do you want ice cream? "
Meng lin said reaching to fix his large cap hiding the cat ears. Unlike Meng lin he didn't have a sweet tooth or sudden cravings for chocolate, but he enthusiastically bobbed his head anyway. It's funny how he craved the sweet flavor of his owner rather than any of them.
The swing creaked as he hopped on it with Meng lin taking the next.
"Lin lin "
"hmm?"
"When are you going to have another day off? "
He shrugged. "Don't know Bo yu. If I'm lucky, probably next week". Bo yu pouted.
"What a messy eater "
Meng lin chuckled and reached to wipe the chocolate smudge off his lips. However before he could retreat his hand Bo yu's tongue darted out and licked his thumb making him gasp.
"You are sweeter than chocolate "
Either Bo yu has been watching too many kdramas or too sleepy to know what he is saying. Meng lin coughed and quietly muttered let's go.
Just when they turned the next corner someone bumped on to Bo yu hard startling him.
"Sorry man are you okay? "
Bo yu was normally wary with humans other than his owner so before he could bare his teeth Meng lin quickly stepped in between.
"It's okay he's fine "
Bo yu glared at the man over Meng lin's shoulder as the small frame stopped him from doing anything stupid. Like almost biting a chunk off the stranger or pounce on his annoying dog.
Dogs. ..god how much he hates them. A warning growl escaped from his throat as the fluffy little pomeranian growled back. Luckily the stranger didn't seem to hear it. His eyes locked on Meng lin for few seconds.
"Nick oh my god it's you! "
Bo yu halted the staring slash growling contest for a brief moment and stared at the 6ft tall guy who looked like a fashion runaway.
"It's me Li zhen"
Meng lin immediately broke in to a smile.
"Jesus how couldn't I recognise you? "
"I dyed my hair, plus it's a new hair cut"
The Li zhen guy raked his brown locks with his fingers.
"Are you in a hurry? Shall we hit the near by cafe before a herd of fangirls attack us?" He said sparing a smile at Bo yu who returned it with a stern stare resembling Hitler.
There wasn't a full stop for the damn conversation since the 3 of them (plus the irrelevant dog) slipped into the booth. Bo yu was becoming more and more irritated with the time. In a way he was no different than the unimportant dog. He glared at the dog then at it's equally annoying owner.
"So who's this? "
"Oh this is Bo yu"
That's it? Just Bo yu?
"Bo yu this is Tian Li Zhen. We acted in a movie together"
"Yeah they call us Lan Bai*. Good times "
(* Lan=Blue, Bai=white. The movie is called Love online :extra -Unwilling marriage. Yang Nick as young master Bai Xiao Peng and the other guy #sry couldn't find# as the popular idol Lan Yi Jing )

Meng lin groaned at the memory. "I still can't believe the director made us do some bromance stuff and sold it as BL. Fujiyoshis must have been so pissed "
"No shit, that explains the horrendous insults on the Web site. Never mind we played our roles well and the fans love us. The only freaky thing is they shipping us together. I swear girls have one heck of a weird imaginations involving two guys"
Thank god that was over. Bo yu thought as heading back home with Meng lin. Hopefully they won't have to meet either of them for the next few hundred years. He hissed at the little pomeranian one last time and interwined his hand with Meng lin's.
Meng lin didn't deny him when he snuggled in to his cover that night so he made his permenant spot on the left side of the bed and scooped his owner in a bear hug and slept soudlessly heaving a content sigh.
