Ash and Valerie stumbled into their dorm, both of them groaning as they heaved themselves to their rooms. Ash collapsed on her floor, her phone falling out of her back pocket. She got up, walking over to her closet and changing from her shiny, scaly dress to her soft pastel pajamas. She walked over to her phone, bending over to pick it up, when she heard someone open her door. Ash looked over, seeing Valerie."Hey, Val." Ash said, turning around to snatch her phone and then standing up to face Valerie. Valerie was already in her pajamas as well.
"So, about your social media accounts, what are they?" Valerie asked. Ash grumbled.
"Val, I'm really, really tired. Can't this wait until tomorrow?" Ash asked. Valerie groaned.
"Finee, but you have to tell me at breakfast tomorrow!" Valerie said, hopping back to her room. Ash shut the door and locked it, shuffling over to her bed and flopping face-first onto it.

Ash was awoken by the sound of her alarm clock. She slammed her hand on the 'off' button, sitting up. She got out of her bed, slipping her feet into the seashell slippers beside it. Ash yawned and stretched a bit, heading over to her closet. She flung the doors open, grabbing a turquoise and purple sequenced crop-top and white shorts. She shoved them in a bag, along with her phone, hairbrush, makeup bag and toothbrush. Ash made her way out of her room, eventually heading out of the dorm and weaving through the hallways before getting to the prep room. Ash walked in, stretching again.

After taking a shower, brushing her teeth and hair and putting on her makeup, Ash finally changed into her outfit. She heard the prep room doors burst open and a bunch of other girls flooded inside. Ash groaned, placing her makeup bag on top of her pajamas and making her way through the crowd. She finally made it out of the prep room, walking back to her dorm. When she arrived, Valerie was outside waiting for her, still in her pajamas.
"There you are! Where have you been??" Valerie asked. Ash looked at her funny.
"At the prep room?.." Ash replied. Valerie's eyes widened.
"What?? I've been waiting for you to get out of the dorm to go! Why didn't you tell me you were going early??" Valerie demanded. Ash was really close to ignoring her, but responded anyway.
"Why didn't you tell me you wanted to go with me?" She said. Valerie groaned, storming to the prep room. Ash shrugged, walking back into the dorm. She unlocked the door to her room and walked in, putting her pajamas away and grabbing her crown from her nightstand. She placed it carefully on her head and moved her hair around a bit so that the crown looked perfect. She sighed contentedly, heading out to the student lounge to pick up a caramel frappuccino. When entering, she saw Erika sipping some green tea.
"Hey, Erika!" Ash said, walking up and greeting her. Erika looked up from her phone and smiled.
"Hey there, Ash. It's good to see you." She replied. Ash looked over at the line for the cafe, it was pretty short for now.
"I'll be right back, gotta stock up on caramel frapps before this line becomes huge." Ash said. She walked over to the cash register and saw someone who appeared to be a senior.
"Hello there, I'm Princess Arori. What can I get you today?" The cashier asked. Ash placed all of her money on the counter.
"As many caramel frappuccinos as this much money can buy, please." Ash responded. The cashier took the money and placed two crates of caramel frappuccinos on the counter.
"Thank you and have a good day!" Ash said, picking up the crates and walking back over to Erika. She sat down, taking one of the frappuccinos out of the crate and sipping it through the already placed in straw.
"So, what's up?" Erika asked, sipping her tea. Ash stopped sipping, moving the cup away from her face.
"Not much, Val was mad at me for leaving her at our dorm instead of going with her to the prep room." Ash responded. Erika nodded, continuing to sip her tea. And then Jaxon exploded out of the elevator, being chased by a ton of female Freshmen students. He shrieked, running around the student lounge.
"hELP ME!" Jax shouted, sobbing while sprinting at full speed. He leaped at Ash, glomping her and causing her to fall backward in her chair. The girls stopped, seeing Jax and Ash hugging on the ground, gasping in unison. Ash pushed him off, groaning. She stood up, rubbing her head. Jax laid in a puddle of his sweat and tears, continuing to cry. The bell rang, signifying it was time for breakfast and for the school day to actually begin. Ash and Erika pushed past the crowd of girls, walking to the elevator.
"I'll be right back, let me go get some water." Ash said, getting up from her chair. Jax, Erika and Valerie were all at her table. Ash walked over to the order placing thing and bought a bottle of water. On her way back to the table, two girls stopped her. She looked up at them.
"Hey, just cuz Jaxon is your friend doesn't mean he likes you. Stay away from him, he's mine!" The girl closest to her said. Ash recognized the two from the mob of girls that was chasing Jax earlier. She spit on their shoes and walked off, listening to the girls complain on her way.
"What was that about?" Erika asked, looking over at Ash as she sat back down and opened her water bottle.
"Some girls who like Jax. Don't worry about it." Ash said, sipping the water from the bottle and relaxing in her chair. The bell rang and all the students rushed out of the very large cafeteria, heading to their lockers. Ash got up, walking out behind a group of tall guys. Jax, Valerie and Erika all followed close behind.
