"Michael, take a nap. It'll give you something else to do." Ryan suggests.
"You know what? I will. Thanks Rye." I lie down, use my sweatshirt as a pillow and close my eyes.
----
"Psst, Michael. I think this is something you'd wanna see." I rub my eyes and sit up.
"What?" Geoff waves for me to follow him. We, we've reached the island! I jump down off the boat and looks around.
"Jones!" I hear Ray yell. I practically skip over to him. He steps to the side, revealing a raft.
"Holy shit, Ray! D-do you think it's Gav's?" He nods his head vigorously. I walk closer to it, carefully as if it would crumble to pieces if I touched it. Gavin was here, he made it but where is he?
"Guys, it's a house!" Jack yells, pointing inland. We exchange glances, then run. All of us, hoping something about that house is significant. Hoping it's gonna help find Gav. We all run as fast as our bodies allow. Jumping over plants and small sets of rocks. All that stands in our way is a fence. Possibly the last obstacle in the way of finding him. One at a time, we scale the fence and land with our eyes on the house. We slow our pace and try to act natural as we approach the building. Geoff calmly knocks on the door and a lady, probably Portuguese, answers.
"Hello? Can I help you?" She says with a sweet tone.
"Um, yes actually. Have you seen this, man?" Geoff pulls a picture of Millie and Gav out of his wallet.
"Yes, as a matter of fact I have. About a day or so ago. He asked to use my phone and called for a cab. I believe it was to... the airport." All of our faces light up at the new found information.
"T-thank you so much! Really, this means the world!" Geoff says as he starts to run down the street towards the pay phone. We eagerly follow him down the stone paved street. He squeezes into the glass box and inserts coins in the tiny slot. He flips through the yellow paged book, causing dust to fly everywhere as he frantically searches for the desired numbers.
"Hello? Yes I'd like a cab for five people...Uh, airport...on the corner of Costa and, Bene...Credit card...thank you." He slides through the sliding door and sits on the curb.
"Well, all that's left to do is wait."

(Gav's P.O.V. )
I'm woken up by slight turbulence, nothing I've never experienced before. I wonder what time it is... One of the co-pilots walks out from the cockpit as looks at me.
"Excuse me, what time is it?" I ask, sounding like a lost kid.
"Well, let's just say it's about half an hour until we land in Boston. Time zones and crap are confusing. So, what brings you around here?" He asks, making me nervous. Do I lie or not? I sigh,
"Ok, so you know that plane crash a few days back? I, was in it. I passed out or something and when I woke up everyone was gone. I grabbed a raft and booked it. I floated for god knows how long and ended up here. I saw a house, so I asked if I could use their phone and call a cab. Luckily I still had my wallet, so I bought the first ticket home." It's feels great to get that all out. The look on his face was priceless.
"I bet my friends don't even realize I'm gone. I'm annoying, you know. I never shut up and have a tendency to go over board, no pun intended." He's still just stuck making the same shocked face as before.
"I-I gotta go back to the cockpit. We need to begin the landing process." He gets up and walks back. I look out the small oval window, and see an endless pool of blue. The guy comes back, and throws something at me.
"Here, you might need this." Upon further inspection I find that it's a t-shirt, and remember I left mine on the beach.
"Uh, thanks. Totally forgot about that." He nods and returns for a second time.
I struggle with it for a second, but I manage to slip the shirt on.
----
"Dude, wake up we're in Boston." I slowly open my eyes and rub my face.
“Hmm, okay thanks for walking me.” I stretch my arms and undo my seat belt. I stand up and shake the guy's hand.
"Thanks for the ride." I say as I shake his hand, then turn and walk towards the exit.
“You’re gonna need to follow me, Mr. Free. I have the keys.” He jiggles the key ring.
(GUYS I FINALLY DID IT!)
