WELCOME BACK!!! Sorry for not updating lately. My projects in my school are getting harder and harder... And we also have sooooooo much homework to do X(
I tried to be active as much as I could but I don't think it was enough...
Well... Me and Sopherloafer wrote this together again ( and yes, I will thank you in every little chapter in this book XD)
Also this chapter is FILLED with Kailor.

“Yeah. I’m doin’ alright… How’s the Noodle House? Good? That’s great… so yeah, I actually called to ask you about your dad. Hear from him recently? Well, have I got news for you too…” I conversed privately in my room, then hung up with plans to meet my old flame.
I pulled on a red t-shirt with a shimmery flame decal and some old blue jeans. I slipped on some red converse and grabbed a light gray jacket from the hanger in my small closet. I jogged down the hallway into the control room where Misako and Nya were.
“Hey sis, Misako, I’m heading out to meet a friend. Be back in an hour.” I notified them.
“Oh, alright. Just keep your phone on so that Nya or the boys will be able to contact you if we have an emergency in Ninjago.” Misako said warily, she seemed a bit reluctant to letting me out. Nya nodded her head in agreement.
“Have fun with Skylor… just not too much fun.” Nya teased.
“Oh c’mon sis! Just lay off.” I replied, exasperated, but smiling at her anyway. I exited the room and jumped off the deck of the bounty doing Airjitzu down to the lush, green floor of Hiroshi’s Labyrinth. I started off on a jog through the wildwoods, occasionally jumping over a fallen tree or doing Airjitzu over a wide stream or doing Spinjitzu through a thicket of thorns.
I think it looked pretty cool. Once I reached the very end of the woods and exited the Labyrinth, I gaze up at the enormous mountains rising before. No way am I gonna climb those mountains I’ll just ride my elemental dragon… But Skylor doesn’t have to know that…
When I reached to the top I was so done. I breathed heavily to control my breath. Then, after a five minute rest, I got up and made my elemental dragon appear. I got on and started to fly off in the clouds to the Noodle House.
After the 30 minute ride, I reached the Noodle House. I landed and strolled inside, I mean, I basically owned the place right? I tipped my hat with a bit of respect and a cocky grin that I couldn’t seem to remove from my face.
“I’m here to see someone. Could you tell Skylor that she has a most important visitor that won’t wait any longer to see her?” I told the young boy working at the register where he would soon sit me down with a menu.
“Uh-uh y-yes s-sir! Right… away!” The poor kid couldn’t seem to formulate too many coherent words in front of me. I guess he couldn’t take the heat. ( ;) XD )
Skylor soon rushed over to the front and literally jumped on top of me. Tackling me to the ground, we received a lot of stares from other customers, but they soon turned back to what they were eating so Skylor and I could get up.
I helped her up and gave her a chaste kiss on the cheek. I don’t know why I was so shy all of a sudden. I guess it must be seeing her after a month now. We haven’t been able to be together as often as I’d like, but we’ve texted or called each other almost everyday depending on what the team and I was doing.
“Hey beautiful! Long time, no see. Am I right, angel?” I said once the blush had started to fade a little off her cheek.
“I missed you too Kai.” said Skylor while hugging me, again. Then I remembered why exactly I came here. I reluctantly pulled away gently and looked at her beautiful eyes.
“So, Um… How Have you been S-"
Skylor cut me off. “Out with it Kai.” She said and her smile faded away.
“S-so you got the invitation then?” I mumbled, worry suddenly filling my mind as I think back to what Chen said in his invitation to me. Skylor nodded sorrowfully.
“What do we do then? The team and I decided to go, but I wanted to know your opinion too. And wanted to see you again princess…” I said smiling, stroking her cheek with my thumb, lovingly. I attempted to hold her hand, too. But then, Skylor came back from her own little imaginary world and into reality again to my handsome face.
“You didn’t change a bit, did you?” she said getting happier by every minute.
“Nope. And I will never.” I said, grateful she hasn’t changed too much either.
“Well, hey! What’re we standing here for? I own this place, let’s see if I can snag a booth and enjoy your company for awhile before we have to leave.” Skylor said suddenly, taking charge like she always does.
But, that last part, what she said just there. She’s coming to the Tournament?! With me? We can be together again! And I won’t have to go through this without her. Then again, I couldn’t bear having to see her in pain or have to face that monster of a father she has. I hate Chen. With a passion! Just because he hurt my princess, my angel, the love of my life, Sky. And then he went right along and hurt me, Lloyd, Sensei Garmadon, Zane, Cole, Jay, and Nya.
Chen doesn’t know how to love. He won’t ever be a good father. And all he knows how to do is divide us and hurt others.
I couldn’t stop thinking about these things even though I was with my angel for most of the evening. We had a great night together. Just her and I. Talking and eating puffy potstickers is all we seemed to have time for because we ended up staying thirty minutes after closing time and then walked around the park for another thirty until it was 10:45 pm.
I could barely drag myself away from her. In those couple hours we spent together, my whole world seemed to revolve around her and her only. Call me lovesick if you want, but I won’t deny it and I’d think you’d be hitting the head on the nail.
Nya called at 10:55 pm and asked where I was and sounded a bit worried, but she’d never tell me so.
“Nya I’m fine. Yes. No… Yeah? Well, I’m still with Skylor. No, you can’t talk to her! She’s in the bathroom! I’m not going in there. What are you, crazy? Alright… Ok. Sorry sis. I’ll be home in five minutes. Bye.” I conversed with her on the phone.
I waited for Skylor to come out. I couldn’t believe how time passes. I looked directly to the door and saw my orange warrior leaving the toilet. She came back and looked happy, I walked to her and said:
“Let’s go and get you ready beautiful, its the time….”
