THE WORST ZOMBIE STORY YOU WILL EVER READ

First Day

Makayla's POV

I walked into the school to see my friends sitting on the table. My friend, Kennie was drawing in her little journal. Lilly and Jocelyn were having a debate.

Leona was playing with the little sock plushie she made.

Skyler and Makenzie were talking about something, probably about a sleepover they planned.

I sat down and got out my journal. I started writing a new scene for one of the stories I'm writing. I have a thing for writing stories... sadly they never get finished...

I have eighteen written on one wattpad account. and then four on another... then fifteen on my Google Docs. Forty-seven parts on the first wattpad, eleven on the second, and forty-three on Google Docs. I also have seven new stories in my journals I keep around. I have seventeen that are filled mostly class notes or little parts of stories.

Our teacher walked in along with the rest of the kids. The class started but like always I didn't pay attention. Kennie slapped my arm to try to get me to but I continued writing.

I had a whole scene written by the time class was over and my mind was still going.

In choir, I actually started laughing during warm-ups. My teacher saw this gave me a weird look that made me laugh more. After that, we went to lunch. I grabbed my money and walked to the vending machines and bought a bag of cheddar sour cream chips as well as a Dr Pepper.

I walked back to the classroom to see Lilly and Kennie talking, Audrey looking at Skyler weirdly, then I noticed her crazy laughing fit I knew why. Skyler gets so annoying when she does this, also straight up bitchy if you know what I mean.

She laughs at anything and walks away if she gets mad but always comes back.

I sat down and started to eat while listening to Lilly and Kennie talking about something I didn't quite understand from having no context.

After a bit, Skyler started walking around the room and bopped Kennie on the head as well as Lilly and I.

Kennie shrunk a little, she hates physical contact, Lilly and I are the only ones she can stand, but only some of the time.

Lilly got really mad as soon as Skyler touched her. I didn't really care because truly if I got mad because of stuff like this I would have killed her by the end of the year and we only have like nine days left.

Skyler: you guys are such dorks!!

she giggled at her own stupid comment and Lilly got mad. she can be a little... aggressive... and tends to... well lets put it like this, she doesn't take Skyler's shit and would have slit her throat a long time ago if there wasn't a law against it.

lilly: I don't appreciate you calling my friends that Skyler.

Skyler: to bad.

her giggling was really getting on my nerves but I didn't let it show. I don't get really mad easily and I will not let that emotion get the best of me right now.

lilly: I'm setting boundaries. you need to respect these boundaries.

Skyler: boundaries are stupid, I can do what I want.

lilly: no you cant. you don't get to do anything you want.

Skyler: ya I can, you're not the boss of me.

she did the annoying little laugh that kinda made her sound either high or drunk or both. she walked out of the room and Lilly rolled her eyes.

kennie: Skyler can be so rude sometimes.
