(Claire's P.O.V)

I absolutely loved that movie! I've seen it twice before Cameron invited me but It didn't mind watching it again.

"So what did you think bout our first date? Not too bad??" Asked Cameron.

"Perfect" I answered.

"That's good I enjo-". I cut him off

"What do you think?" I asked.
Whoops I thought.

"Oh, I liked it" he replied.

"Well I had fun" I told him when we pulled up in the drive way.

"Ya, me to". He smiled.

He walked me to my porch then I said goodbye to him before things got awkward. I waved him off as he pulled out of the driveway. I walked back into my house and closed the door behind me.

My dad was watching a soccer game.

"Hi dad".

"Oh hi Claire, how did your date go?"

"Good".

"Did he try pulling any stunts?"

"No, because Jordan scared him badly".

He chucked to himself. He switched the topic.

"So when does your season start again?" He asked.

"Next week, I got an email from the coach" I told him.

My coach had foot surgery so during his recovering we didn't have practices. It felt nice not having to worry about time and practicing but it's been about 3 weeks since our last practice and I feel a little out of shape. I practiced when I could with Jordan but we ended up hanging out and playing in the sprinklers. Playing in the sprinklers was Jordan's and my favorite thing to do. We've been doing this since we were kids.

Thinking of Jordan now, I asked "where is he?"

"Him and Cassidy went somewhere".

"Oh? Well I'm going to upstairs" I said.

I don't know what I'm going to so up there but I sure I'll find something.

Wrong. I was bored out of my mind. Thank goodness Jordan and Claire came home when they did.

"Hey you guys...? What is Cassidy trying to hide?" I asked

Cassidy had a pink bag behind her back and Jordan stood right in front of her. I knew this because Cassidy was wearing dark blue and Jordan was in red and tan shorts, I could barely make out the bright pink but there was enough showing in order for me to notice a bag behind her back.

Jordan and Cassidy exchanged glances before Jordan slowly walked to me.

Claire...i just want to say..."

He didn't finish because he embraced me and tickled me until I couldn't breathe.

"Cassidy run! Run for your life. I can't hold her much longer!" He yelled towards Cassidy.

She made a dash for it and surprisingly didn't trip up the stairs.

Jordan lifted me back up from the floor and once I caught my breath I asked

"What was that for". I punched him playfully on the arm. I don't know what was wrong with me but I was really happy and giggly, today was just a great day I guess!?

"I don't know". He matched my smile and level of happiness and brought me in for a hug. His arms embraced me in the warmest hug I could have ever imagined.

"Hey guys". It was my dad he came from the garage carrying luggages.

"Hey dad" I said after Jordan let me go. I didn't want to leave his arms because it would be awkward if I kept hugging him in front of my dad.

"What are those for?" I asked.

"There for our trip, you guys excited!?"

"Heck ya" Jordan and I said in perfect sync.

"Great you guys should start packing we leave Tuesday after school".

"Great! I'll get started." Since today was Friday we had 4 days before we left. I pulled Jordan upstairs with me. We laughed along the way because I missed a step and had a mini heart attack but Jordan caught me.

(Jordan's P.O.V)

I sat on her bed watching T.V. while she packed. She was choosing what outfits to wear and on what days. She grabbed two shorts and tank tops from her drawers, she pulled out 3 shirts and denim jeans next, then neatly set them in her luggage. She randomly chose some Vans and set them with the rest of her stuff. She headed to her bathroom to grab her makeup bag while I sneaked out of her room.

I walked across the hall to Cassidy's room. I knocked twice before she opened it. She walked to her closet and pulled out the dress Cassidy and I picked out for Claire at the mall that Claire had spotted and loved the other day they went together shopping. It was amazing and I could wait for Claire to see it to.

"The dress is perfect and I don't think Claire knows what it is, so we should be fine" she told me.

"Great I can't wait!"

She smiled and she shook my hand like it was some plan then laughed. I closed her door behind me and tip toed back to Claire's room.

"Found it" she yelled.

She strolled out of her bathroom unzipped a pocket in her luggage and placed something in. She set some other stuff in her luggage and packed other stuff in her purse then dragged them both to a corner of her room.

"Done" she said.

"Good. Unfortunately I still have to pack though" I said back.

"Ya...Have fun with that". she laughed then slid under my arm.

I laughed then welcomely let her rest her head on my shoulder.

After watching episodes of How I Met Your Mother, I laid down on her bed and she laid her head on my chest.

We laid there for awhile not saying anything just watching the T.V. When I checked the time it was 7.

"Dang! Claire I got to go but I'll call you when I get home. My parents should be getting back later tonight".

"Okay". She frowned a little then made a pouty face.

"I want to stay but I can't".

I saw her face again and I couldn't stand it so instead I tried to cheer her up.

I cupped her face and surrounded her with kisses from her forehead to her cheeks to her nose. This made her laugh then she hugged me goodbye. I climbed down her window as usual and walked home.

Once I got home I got a text

Group message:

Hey guys it's Blake! Party at my house on tomorrow at 7. Bring friends.

Hope to see all of you there!

I walked up to my room and slipped on some comfy bottoms and a white shirt.

I grabbed my phone and dialed Claire's number.

"Hey, did you get the text about the party?"

"Ya. Do you want to go?" she asked.

"Ya I think it would be fun".

"Okay sounds like a plan".

"Great I'll be over at your house around six. Well hang out for awhile then we can go later".

"Ok see you later then".

I hung up and laid in bed for about 3 minutes then a great idea came to me.

I can give Claire her dress to wear at the party!

I fell asleep happily thinking tomorrow is going to be great!
