Chapter 2:Continuing first day

Maya's (POV)

Me and Jo raced to the flute section as Jo shouted " The flute section is bad at playing"Jo shouted. Then everyone look at us and we felt shy and scared. Then I finally shouted "She didn't mean it I dared her to say it" Me and Jo opened are flute cases and tuned.As we were tuning Ms.Rogers blew the whistle,we all gave attention as she pulled out a stack of paper. As we gave her attention she handed a piece of paper to everyone and I started playing. As we all started playing for 3 to 4 hours and then it was lunch. "Lunch the best part of the day and it was a break from the flute section" I told Jo. We walked into the cafeteria and saw a bunch of people it was like a cave full of cave men. "This is nothing like are cafeteria at Coral Springs Middle School it's like half this " Jo said surprised. Me and Jo went to the lunch line and grabbed the same thing pizza, juice. We went to a table with the flute section and talked about Movies,and the notes. Me,Jo,and the Flute section(Vanessa,Nia,Kaity) we through are food in the garbage and went back to the band room. We past the office, bathroom, and the cage. Then we practiced on the notes . As we waited for the rest of the band to finish with lunch we talked and I asked

Jo "Do you want to play Would you Rather ". Jo said "yes " and we started. "Would your rather eat snakes or eat 3 birds"I asked. Before Jo got to answer we had to get ready for the last 4 hours of band. We grabbed are flutes and started playing (flute plays) (flute plays). Finally it was 4:00 the end of band camp and I was so tried I could sleep on a table. I called my mom and said " Mom band camp is over can you come pick us up ". My mom replied " Yes I'm on my way, I love you." " I love you to mom" I said as I hung up the phone. I told Jo " mom is on her way so don't explode". She made a t&t sound like she had seconds left. There we were going into the car that would take us home....... We jumped into the car and we slept through the whole ride. Me and Jo woke up on the bed of are room and were drooling. So we be on are pajamas and started sleeping not even thinking about the next day.
