Trinity's POV
Still couldn't believe how good looking this boy standing in front of me was. Cause let's be honest here, he looked like he came out of one of the major teams from the World Cup.
"Yeah, I'm Trinity Brooks." I finally manage to get out.
"Hmm, so I'll be spending time with you I see." Wait. What?
Then Aunt Josie walked back into the kitchen.
"Oh! Trinity, seems like you met Arias already." She had some type of smirk, and it was really starting to scare me.
"Arias? I'm sorry I don't understand what seems to be going on right now." I said shaking my head and turning my back to them. I return to flipping pancakes and moving them to the plate next to the stove.
Aunt Josie came up behind me and put one hand on my left shoulder.
"Sweetie, this is Arias Redder, our neighbor's son." She forced me to turn my face to him this time.
I tried my best to make it seem as if I wasn't interested, but it sure was hard.
I wrinkled my nose a bit to show a little disgust, and all he did was smirk.
"Hi." Was all I said as I turn back to making pancakes.
"You may not like me right now, but trust me, along the way you will." His British accent was starting to kill me inside. He came right next to me now, and I noticed that Aunt Josie left me alone with this dipshit. Great.
"Think twice about that, because I'm not attracted so easily." Hell, that was the biggest lie I had ever said.
"Same here. Look, we already found something in common." He was right next to my ear now, whispering.
I shut the stove off and threw the spatula lightly against the pan and walked out of the kitchen.
"Where are you going beautiful?" I kept on walking to his remark knowing that he was smirking as he said that.
I went upstairs to freshen up and change. I was done getting ready about an hour later, taking much longer than I usually do for some reason. Maybe I was hoping that Mr. Arias wouldn't be there anymore.
If I didn't leave the kitchen when I did, I had a really bad feeling I would've completely fallen for him.
I mean yeah he was hot, but he was definitely a player with those looks of his.
I swear he came out some type of 'After' inspired theme, because he was really good looking.
His ocean blue eyes still kept on reappearing in my head. And his soft looking brown hair matched perfectly with his lightly tan skin.
The shirt he had on fit him a little too tightly, but no girl would mind that. He had a pair of black skinny jeans and it seem perfect with his black vans and his lean figure.
I hit my head against my door, trying to get myself to get over this stupid guy.
'But you know you think he's seriously hot.' Added my subconscious.
I had my -____- face on.
I grabbed my brown crossbody bag with the fringes from my purse hook and walked out.
I felt good with what I was wearing to be quite honest.
I had a crop top that said selfie with a black heart in the middle, and black high waisted jeans with long riding boots.
I skipped down the stairs and went to the living room to get my long cardigan out of the closet. Once I opened the closet near the front door of the house, I turned around and was ready to head to the kitchen when I noticed a familiar smirk.
WHY WAS HE STILL HERE.
I uncomfortably cleared my throat and acted as if he wasn't there. I walked into the kitchen and got a cold water bottle from the fridge and headed out the house.
I was almost halfway down the block, headed for the London Underground when Arias caught up with me.
"You're not like most girls." He attempted at starting another conversation.
He was looking straight ahead when I looked at him. I noticed he had a small lip piercing and a few tattoos on his arm.
"How so?" I noticed he kind of left his 'bad boy' personality and became much cooler than he was before.
"You're not all over me yet."
I shook my head out of shame, I actually thought he was changing a bit.
"Ha, you mean I'm never going to be all over you. I've dealt with guys like you before, this shit isn't happening again." I quickened my pace and hopefully I could've got to the Underground before he did. I was wrong.
"Well, I think you will at one point. All girls do."
"well guess what?" Now I was getting pissed, and I stopped on my trail and turned to him. "I'm not like all other girls. People thought that about my sister, and she was much more than an ordinary girl. But she was cut off from showing the world that. And now it's my turn to shine for her. So don't dare say that I'm going to end up like them."
I walked down to the Underground and left him there with his jaw dropped.
