I was like real close to dying when I decided to break the silence. 'What's your name?', I asked her. She smiled slyly and replied, 'Natasha'. 'Where are you from?' 'Sorry I can't answer questions about my personal stuff' 'Oh my God! Why are you like this? We've been together in the car like for hours. Stop treating me like a stranger' I looked straight onto her face and added, 'Please'.
Why couldn't she trust me enough. Am I that bad? Okay, a bit. But I'm not a troublemaker or anything. Anybody could see that. Whatever! It's finally good to atleast have a conversation. Except that I do the talking part and she, on the other hand, responds to me in one-word. 'I'm sorry, but it's worth taking the time, you know! And there's no problem in trying', I smirk.
'What's your name!', she asks in a soft voice, almost surprising me. 'Jason...Jason McAllister', I shrugged before answering her. It's weird when someone acts strangely, you know! And you know definitely who I am talking about, right? Whatever...Finally! We're talking. Right?! Yeah!!! And then, what? The usual silence again.
Okay, I'll say something then. I'd rather hear one-word answers than not talk at all. It will be least boring after all! 'I live with my dad. But he's usually away. You know, work and all...' I stopped to see her reaction. But there was none. So I continued talking.

'I go to East Middleton High. It's a great place. I know everyone there. I mean, everyone knows me', I stop with a wink. She didn't even look interested at all. Was she even listening? I sigh and look out of the window. That when I heard her say something. 'Pardon?', I turned around. 'Continue', she said, astonishing me. Yet, she didn't take her eyes off from the road.'Oh, so you were listening?', I beamed at her.
She rolled her eyes and replied, 'Well, what do you expect me to do? Sit here, leaving you blah blah to yourself. I'm not that rude okay'. Then she chuckled. Again. Now this is going to be fun! I guess.
