i don't understand why but schools must think that shoulders turn on guys. For instance, i wear a beautiful floral blouse and my shoulders are out. 

does this mean guys will suddenly think or say ," omg!!!! she's wearing her shoulders out! it's soooooo hot!"

does the school not know what turns them on? 

this bothers the living crap outta me.
