It was a lovely spring night in Paris. The flowers were blooming and a lovely floral scent filled the air. You could smell the wonderful smell of toasted warm bread coming out of one of the most famous bakery in Paris. The owners were the parents of the nicest girl in school named Marinette Dupain-Chen. Marinette went to Collège Françoise Dupont. It was one of the most popular schools in Paris and one of the greatest too. Most of the students who went there were children of the most famous people in Paris. They were children of singers, actors, models, fashion designers, and more. Marinette's best friend, Alya, was the daughter of a famous chef who worked in one of the famous 5 star hotel in Paris. The owner of that hotel is the mayor of Paris whose daughter also went to Collège Françoise Dupont. Her name was Chloe. She might be the daughter of the mayor, but people don't really like her. She was sassy, bossy and rude. She thinks she is better than everyone just because her dad is the mayor. This annoyed Marinette so much, but there was nothing she could do about it. What really annoyed Marinette was the fact that they both had a crush on the same guy. His name was Adrien Agreste. He was the son of the most famous fashion designers in France named Gabriel Agreste.
