"I talked it out," Beam said softly.

"Hm..." Forth hummed and then he gulped down his black coffee. It was two days after their last conversation in the car and they didn't meet until today, Beam invited him to a café near their university.

"Is it ok?" Beam asked.

"What?" Forth asked.

"Me asking you to come here. No classes?" Beam asked.

"Of course, it's fine. I'm dead bored," Forth said. He was dead bored, in the class, but he didn't say it that he just skipped class, to Beam.

Beam smiled.

"So, you said everything?" Forth asked.

"Yeah... everything I needed to say..." Beam said.

"Everything you needed to say, huh?" Forth asked softly and he smiled, nodded knowingly.

Beam just smiled.

"You read me through," Beam said gently, sheepishly as he stirred his plain latte. "It always amazed me."

Forth just smiled.

"Sometimes, the truth is meant to be kept to protect everyone," Beam said gently.

"Impossible," ," Forth said. "You can never protect everyone,". "One will get hurt,". "Wild guess. It's you,".

Beam smiled again.

"You're very sharp. It's rather tiring or not tiring at all being your girlfriend, you know that?" Beam retorted.

"I don't. But I think you know a lot," Forth scoffed.

"Is that sarcasm?" Beam asked in disbelief and chuckled.

Forth just chuckled.

"So, which one? Do you think it'll be very tiring or it will not be tiring at all?" Forth asked.

"How and why would I know?" Beam shrugged.

Forth just nodded.

"But if I were your girl- boyfriend, then maybeeeeee......" Beam trailed his thought.

Beam laughed as Forth was paying him all of his attention.

"Are you waiting?" Beam laughed.

Forth rolled his eyes.

"Ok, forget tha-".

"Maybe, you'll get tired of me because you have to do your magic big times," Beam said.

"Why?".

"Because I know what is needed to be said and I can say that," Beam said.

"But seeing through you is almost natural for me, Beam," Forth said softly. "You're almost transparent for me, somehow," Forth scoffed smugly.

"Arrogant!". "I am not that easy!".

Forth just chuckled.

"I'm not arrogant, Beam, I'm just...". "...capable? And you're absolutely too easy to read," Forth grinned confidently and Beam couldn't help but to smack the back of Forth's head while chuckling.

"Asshole!" Beam chuckled with jumps of angelic giggles on the sentence before he leaned his head on the arm he folded on top of the table.

Beam was still looking and giggling at Forth when Forth chuckled back at him.

"But seriously, how can you be single 'till now? You're.... not bad," Beam said as he looked up at Forth, still laying his head on his arms folded on the table.
