chapter 8

Jaydan was shaking with fear but his eyes were hardened as he understood everything. Well, a little.

Alpha Kleinz was 8 feet away now looking dangerous and ready to snap.

"Jaydan the keys are in the ignition take the car and go. I can handle this, he won't hurt me."

Jaydan started to head towards the drivers side but a growl errupted directly from Alpha Kleinz's chest telling him to stay exactly where he was.

This was no game.

It was life or death for Jaydan as of right now. I can't let him die.

He's an innocent.

Jaydan was frozen in place knowing that his life meant nothing to his Alpha even if he was his Beta.

No one should ever fuck with an alphas mate.

"What are you doing with my Beta?" Alpha Kleinz said behind clenched teeth.

"He didn't know i was your mate, he has no idea who I am, neither do you." I said in a serious tone.

He didn't like it too much although my voice seemed to sooth him.

"Jaydan get out of here, don't come near me for awhile" Alpha Kleinz struggled to say.

Jaydan nodded his head frantically, literally jumping over the car and leaving the instant the car engine roared.

"Go Home," Alpha Kleinz said and ran off.

I was expecting a huge rageful lecture, but I believe his wolf was to far on edge to fuck with this.

I bursted into my wolf and ran home faster than any werewolf to exist. I had clothes sitting by a tree outside of my house and changed quickly. I stormed inside not thinking that my brother had been home.

Or had company.

I looked in the kitchen to see my brother smiling and laughing with a girl. It looks like she had been here for awhile. I ease dropped to hear what they were saying.

"So has she been happy about it ever since I showed you how to take that chip out of your neck after we discovered we were mates about a month after you two escaped?" The girl said.

Rage bursted through me.

HE DID NOT.

I stormed into the kitchen and flipped the table, I punched through the windows and I destroyed everything. I picked up the oven and threw it through the side of the house.

"Kacie what are you doing?!"

"YOU LIED TO ME. I COULD OF ACTUALLY HAD A NORMAL LIFE BROTHER!" I yelled with my eyes black.

 I had blood dripping down me, it was a horrifying sight that could make the darkest hearts whimper.

But I didn't feel a single thing.

"Kacie stop you're bleeding!" He yelled in horror.

"Why do you care? You don't! You kept me in the dark for so long so that I could protect us. You are selfish, a poor exscuse for a werewolf, assassin, a brother, and everything else! You are a disgrace and you have betrayed me!"

"Kacie it isn't like that I swear!" He pleaded.

There was nothing else I needed to hear.

The ones who taught me everything were right about something.

We are all alone in the world, even when we're not.

It was a dark soul consuming truth, even for someone such as me.

"Then what is it? You fought by my side my entire life. You are my brother." I snarled dangerously.

"Kacie, you deserve an explanation" he said quietly, obviously scarred by the scene that had just unfolded around him.

He sighed and spoke up again, " I am not your brother-" "But-" "No Kacie just let me finish", he said when I interrupted him.

"I am not your brother. We aren't even related. We were paired at birth. Our whole lives had been planned out for us. Our creators believed if we fought thinking we really are family, we'd actually have something to fight for. We would fight harder, with more determination than ever before. We were a mere experiment. Us being paired was a break through, that's why I convinced you to escape. You were born with a big heart before you were chipped, that's why you are the best of the best. Your heart worked in complete unison with the chip. Your determination was intense. I did use you to get out, but I also used you to get your freedom as well. Even if we aren't legitimate family, I think of you as it. I'm sorry I didn't teach you how to take the chip out. We needed protection, and I can't protect both of us. I ask you to forgive me.. Sister", he said looking to the floor. He didn't even respect me enough to look in my eyes and ask forgiveness.

I closed my eyes, my facial expression was cold.

My eyes snapped open and both of them jumped, clearly on edge of my reaction.

"Goodbye", I said in a hard tone.

With that, I vanished in a blink of an eye.

I'm sorry everyone, I know you have all been craving another chapter. I apologize sincerely, I haven't had any free time to myself for awhile. Tomorrows my birthday, and I used part of my rare free time to make this chapter, I hope you enjoy it. Updates come as soon as possible I assure you, so expect another one.
