Chapter 7

As I ran home, the same thoughts went through my head over and over again.

When he finds me and my brother, what actions will we have to take?

Will my brother and I have to move again?

And worst of all....

Could I of just killed my mate by this mistake?

I decided I couldn't think about this, not now at least.

I made sure to hide my scent the rest of the way home. He knows my scent, but he can't track it if I hide it from now on. Things seem to be getting more and more sketchy every day. For now on I have to be highly vigilant. I'm making a lot of slip ups, and it's getting more and more dangerous everytime.

My window was open when I got home, I shifted back and quickly climbed up and into it.

As soon as I stepped onto my floor my brother bursted into my room, not caring that I was naked.

"Whats happened out there Kacie?" he said sternly.

I slipped on a sports bra and a pair of yoga shorts.

"Nothing brother, I ran into alpha Kleinz, and I took care of it. I need to get ready and leave soon. He burned up a lot of my time."

My brother nodded and went down stairs. As I started brushing my hair he appeared momentarily with my dress and eevrything else I needed. As soon as he walked out I stripped and slid my dress on quickly. I used mascara that made my eyelashes even longer. And some black eyeliner to make my eyes a little more classy. After that I put on some cherry red lip gloss, and some white eyeshadow with sparkles brushed over it. I had some four inch white heels that wrapped around all the way up my leg. My skin was pale, and it was very odd that it was because werewolves are supposed to be tan.

I was done and ready to go.

I heard Jaydan pull up in his red and black mustang.

Here we go.

He knocked on the door and I opened it myself.

My brother pushed me to the side and said "Have her back in two hours."

Jaydan nodded his head annoyed and walked me to his car. He opened the door for me and I got in. When he got into the car he started the engine, and of course had to rev it up like a typical teen boy. With that, we were off.

"So, where are you from?" he asked me.

"Um.. I figured that my accent would have given that away, but england." I said with a slight smile.

"Oh yeah duh" He said. I could tell he was internally smacking himself in the head.

"You look beautiful tonight by the way" He said with a friendly smirk.

"Thank you, you look very handsome yourself" I giggled.

I hated acting out niceness.

No, I just hate everything just about.

We arrived at a nice restaurant, it wasn't the nicest I had ever been to, but it was alright for this sort of place. I observed the front and the inside before we even got out of the car. There are way too many cameras here. Let's change this up.

"Hey, this looks lovely and all, but I have a much better place in mind", I said to him. He looked at me questioningly, and I put my hand out.

"Keys" I said.

He was shocked but something made him hand them over. We both got out of the car and traded places.

"Do you know how to drive a mustang?" He asked me.

"Nope", I said with an evil smile. Assassin humor, it's the best. His eyes widoned in horror as I started up the engine, and backed up quickly through the entire parking lot. I drove backwards up the road and did a perfect donut landing in the direction I was planning to go. I peeled out and drove 90 all through town, the cops in this town were very lazy. I went down the highway going 120 mph and took the third exit. I went down that road until we were in the country, I made a sharp turn onto a dirt road and head Jaydan whimper.

I ignored it although.

I came to an immiadiate stop into a drift because I was going far to fast to just stop. I parallel parked neatly next to a river bed. I got out and opened the door for him and he was frozen. His eyes were wide as well. He slowly looked at me easing his death grip on the door and his seat.

He had bent it.

He saw that I was looking at the dents and he started to freak out.

I shrugged my shoulders and backed up playfully with my hands behinf my back like a child.

Fake innocense is always the best way to go.

"I-I-I-I-..."

"I know what you are, always have, don't worry." I snickered after intterupting him.

"What are you?" He asked me in awe.

"Depends on the time place and disguise" I said laughing.

His eyes hardened and he got out of the car.

"Werewolf huntress," hen narrowed his eyes dangerously.

"Incorrect, and I am not here to kill you. The less questions you ask, the safer you, me and everyone else is."

He smiled friendly.

"I don't care who or what you are." He walked over to me and grabbed my hands.

"The way you drove was scarey as shit but incredible, and I think I may of fell in love with you, kill me if you must." He said with a sparkle in his eye.

No no no no-

We froze.

There was a loud growl in the distance.

"Alpha Kleinz" I said, losing the british accent in my tone.

Jaydan looked at me shocked that I wasn't the least bit british, but even more shocked that I knew exactly who it was.

You could hear alpha kleinz's bones cracking and shifting back into human form. He walked through the tree line with nothing but sweat pants on.

"Jaydan, leave" I said in a serious tone.

Realization hit him that i was not at all who he thought I was. He shook it off and spoke back to me.

"I'm his Beta, why should I leave?"

Alpha Kleinz was only a mere 15 feet away when he growled out clear as day,

"MATE."

I'm sorry for the incredibly late upload, I lose interest easily. So I've decided I'm gloing to upload when I can, votes and comments will help my inspiration with writing, making me feel like you all really enjoy my story. I will update when I can, I've been going through a very hard time lately so I've had no inspiration to write.
