Chapter 12

Carson didn't let go of my hand which made me nervous because of how many people kept looking at us.

"Carson everyone's looking." I said

"Let them." He replied

I slipped my hand out of his and walked along side him,"We have to find Aria." I announced

"She's right there." He pointed down the hall

My draw dropped at the sight I saw,"Anderson's  kissing Aria!" I exclaimed

I ran as fast as I could and ripped him off of her,"What are you doing you jerk!" I snapped

"Zoey!" Aria exclaimed in suprise

Carson caught up with me and stood there,"What's going on?" He asked them

"There's a perfect reasonable explanation for this." Aria said

Anderson raised his eyebrows at her,"Didn't you tell them babe?"

My eyes widened,"Babe?? OK someone tell me what the heck is going on NOW." I demanded

Aria ran her hand through her hair like she does when she's  nervous,"Ok ok don't freak out but me and Anderson are dating." She confessed making me gape

Did I hear that right? Am I  hearing things or did she just say she and Anderson are dating??

"Uh no your not." I laughed in disbelief I glanced at Anderson for comformation

"Uh yeah we are." He corrected

I threw my hands in the air,"Unbelievable, and when did this happen?!"

"A couple months ago." She hardly squeaked

"Your kidding me." I scoffed

She shook her head,"What happened to trusting each other? We tell each other everything." I pointed out

"Yeah well I knew this is how you'd react."

"Ok well you could have at least told me all right? Instead you hid this behind your back for god knows how long." I said,"That hurts Aria that really hurts."

"I'm sorry ok?"

"Yeah so am I." I laughed in defeat

I turned around grabbed Carson and and walked away without another word, I could here her calling after me but I ignored it.

She really thought she'd get away with this? I think not, there's one thing you should know, I don't get along with people who tend to hide things behind my back. Even if I've known then for a long time...

We walked in silence as I we walked to class.

I felt Carson bump my shoulder,"This is probably a bad question to ask since it's so obvious but are you ok?" He asked

I sighed,"No, Aria's my best friend so it's kind of hard to just walk away." I admitted

"Yeah I get the feeling that you two are inseperable, honestly you shouldn't let this split you two up. I've seen the way you two act around each other and it's easy to say that you two are meant to be best friends." He told me

I let it sink in before speaking,"You may be right but I just need some time to process what I just heard and figure out what to do you know?"

He nodded and adjusted his jacket,"Wanna ditch?" He asked

"What? No Allen would skin us if he found out."

He rolled his eyes,"He doesn't have to know."
