For thos who doesnt know Hanahaki, it's a diseases, where you have flowers in your lungs and always cough petals, and the flowers will grow in your crush's body, you can do a surgery if your crush isn't like you back, if they like u back, then the diseases will disapear

Anyway, i got an inspiration from BnHA fanarts in BNHA fan account, probably from tumblr, i'm not saving it since i dont have savIG or Tumblr anymore so good luck for searching it
