Whether rich or poor, education is a need for everybody. What is a noble man without knowledge? Knowledge is power and power is survival.
A scholar's words are the most dangerous weapons to exist. Such a weapon can be wielded to cut down the evil of this world or it can be used to be that evil.
This knowledge can be used to better the world, if used in a way that is calm, assuring and as sweet as the honey that drips from its combs.
But then again, bitter and sweet are two sides of the same coin and thus good cannot exist without bad.
It certainly applies to knowledge. Some use their knowledge in the most cruel of ways to trick those without the knowledge to do that whichever they will them to do.
They could deceive people of a bright future when in reality, they are asking them to sell their souls for something that is probably not even worth their selves.
Thus, getting indulged in atrocities as evil as slavery, sexual exploitation and even drug trafficking. Without a say in the matter most of the time.
What could be as horrible as selling oneself because of illiteracy for something as mundane as selling fellow humans.
Illiteracy as a cause of human trafficking.
