The smell of sweat, bravery, and defeat were in the air. The way all of the equipment was set up was different. Since I've never really had to deal with, punching bags, and fighting arenas. Well A fight stage to be exact. Just the thought of having to fight someone was scary to be honest. What if I lose? What will others think of me if I do? "Hello, and welcome to our training room. Me, and few others will be training you here. I'll handle a few, then Josh, and Jaymi will handle the rest. I hope you've gotten a good nights rest because today, will be one of your hardest days here. First we'll go to the punching bags, then the fight stage. So, practice, and how us what you've got." JJ preached to us, just making hand movements as he talked. I could feel the sweat beat down the back of my neck as I saw everyone move quickly over to the punching bags. Deciding to finally go over there, my hands moving upwards as I place the gloves upon my hands. The first punch hurt, really, really bad. The way my knuckles got in contact with the bag was, different.
As I threw a couple of punches, I felt a pair of unfamiliar hands touch my waist. "Keep yourself straight, it'll help so much more. Now, throw a few more punches." He whispered. Just following his instructions, and then it felt, so much better. He was right about being straight when throwing punches. "Now, Kid, use defense. Block wherever they're throwing punches, kicks, or just anything. You must always defend yourself. Now, I'm not going to make anyone fight today, I'm just gonna help you guys learn the basics. Come with me." He told me, just gripping my hand and dragging me to the stage.
"Okay, hold your arms like this," He paused, putting them up into position. Just to then copy his position, seeing JJ nod. "George, I'm going to come at you. Remember what I told you. Defend, and punch. Do whatever it takes to protect yourself and win." He stated, just coming at me. I felt confused, but then I felt a jabbing pain from my stomach, instantly putting my hands up to defend myself. Trying to punch the other, and or kick but it was useless. JJ was definitely to strong for me. With one finally move from him, I just blacked out.

"Georgie! You're okay, that's good. We were a little worried out there." Josh spoke, then looking around to see Jaymi and JJ. Why was JJ here? I mean he was the one who hit me and- "I'm sorry George. I didn't mean for it to knock you out but, you should've defended yourself and this wouldn't have happened." He lectured to me. Why was he lecturing me when he first started our apologizing to me? This made no sense to me. I could see Josh give JJ a little glare, same with Jaymi. "Hey, you're the one who knocked him out. We're not in training anymore JJ, no need to lecture him what he should've done." Jaymi spat at him, just shaking his head.
It felt like my whole body was throbbing, especially my jaw. JJ definitely knew how to hit, and make others look bad up there. But it's whatever now, it was finally dinner time again. As I walked I could hear silent foot steps behind me. The grip was tight on my shoulder, the voice was deep. "We never wanted your kind here, especially since we never wanted you here with us. It's time to go bye-bye George." He spoke into my ear. My heart raced, body shaking, and the tears streamed down my face. Trying my hardest to call out to anyone, but it was impossible to even do that. Their hands held a knife up to my throat, and another held another. "Say Good-" He was cut off, only to hear a groan of pain slip the others lips. The knifes dropped and so did the boys around me, only to hear a familiar voice come from the side. "George, are you okay? Sweet Jesus, you need to yell out or hit them. This scared the shit out of me George." He panted, just lifting me up from the concrete floor.
It felt nice to have someone care about me, especially since it was a boy who was, different. Not a bad different, but a good different, which I kind of like, actually. The food smelled great, and it was a bit more cheerful than yesterday but then again, I just almost had a near death experience. "You holding up good George?" JJ whispered to me, just to give a simple nod for an answer. Just taking my few last bites, setting the silverware next to my plate.

JJ Point of View
Everyone was going crazy, the bar and dance floor was taken up. Every single centimeter of the dance floor was taken. I let a slight sigh out, making my way over to the tattoo parlor. "Hey, Can I have this one?" He asked, just showing the other the picture. I saw her nod and then I laid down, just feeling the cold leather touch my skin. "JJ, you know how there's three of you Divergent's here?" She spoke softly, then I told her, " Yes I do, why?". She looked down at the pad, just placing it on my arm, "Well, There's another here. The boy goes by the Name George Shelley. You know him?" She asked me. George Was Divergent? When was he divergent? "I do know him. Why?" I answered her question with a question. Feeling a little tingle sensation come from the pad, "Well, I want you to be extra careful with him. You know Divergent's are rare and all, but he's something different, JJ. Please take care of him." She begged me. Why did she care so much about him? I mean don't get me wrong he was totally gorgeous, and really cute with those- Woah, JJ snap out of it! He's just a boy you're training, nothing to different about the other boys you're training. But, he really isn't like the other boys, they weren't gorgeous, stunning, adorable, and sweet. Well, from what I can tell so far.
As the tattoo was done, I stood up giving her a simple nod. My eyes wondered out for the other, trying to find him. Which wasn't too difficult to be honest, since his curls stuck out of the crowd. Shoving, and pushing my way through the crowd was the hardest part of this. My hand gripped the younger boys shoulder, turning him around. "Hey there George." I spoke softly to the other. The waft of alcohol left the others lips, "Hi there JJ." His words were slurred, and his movements were all over the place. "I'm gonna go take you somewhere safe, okay?" I tried assuring him. Only to see his mop of curls bounce for the answer I wanted. Letting one of my hands grab a hold of the others, letting our fingers lace with one another.
I could tell George was jsut all over the place, and he was especially cuddly when he was drunk. I mean I don't mind that at all to be honest. But he just latched onto me, never letting go of me. It felt nice, really nice, actually. Soon as I opened the door, I felt a slight push into my room from the other. "Why do want me here?" George asked me, still hearing his words slurred from the drinks he had earlier. "I want to keep you safe George. You're drunk, and someone could easily hurt you again." I stated to him. Only to see that smile upon his lips, that goofy smile that I was starting to adore was on his lips.
George was definitely a little cutie, espcially when he was drunk. It was honestly quiet impossible to not think he was, or even hard to not kiss him. Boy, was he a little tease with everything he did. "Georgie Boy, come over here. I want to talk to you about, a few things." I told him, just to see him stumble over to the bed. "What is it?" He asked me, just looking into my eyes with those chocolate brown eyes you could have easily melted in. "Well, I know you most likely won't remember anything. But something very important was told to me today. George, I know a little secret of yours, well it's huge. That you're divergent.. But, I'm divergent George-" I was cut off by a gasp leaving the others lips.
"You're Divergent too?" He asked, seeing his eyes pop out of his head. "I am Georgie Boy, I am." I assured him, my hands gripping onto his. Lacing our fingers together as I smile at him. "Don't be scared, I won't tell anyone else, I promise. Besides Jaymi, and Josh are Divergent too. Don't worry, We would never tell anyone." I added on later. I could see George lean in, just hugging me tightly. "Thanks JJ. Thank you so much." He spoke softly to me. Noticing the others eyes shutting, I instinctively laid the two of us down. Feeling my eyes shut, and my arms wrapped around the others tiny frame. Falling asleep slowly.
