The Titan Slayer (Levi x Reader)

Part 7

My eyes fluttered open slowly... I feel a warm lick on the side of my cheek and Hikaru was there yapping sweetly. I smiled and pet him. I sigh and get changed into my uniform. My bag suddenly starts glowing mystically... I peer in the bag and I see my sofa in my apartment... startled, I put my hand in, I then see my hand touching the sofa, the fabric felt smooth under my hands i stick my head in and I see my apartment, my tv, my pile of clothes waiting to be put in the washing machine... I saw home! 

I leapt into the bag and I crash onto the carpet on the other side, I look back at my bag and I see Hikaru looking in the bag with his head tilted to the side. I sighed with relief... so I have a way to get back at least... I heard the door open and I saw two me with balaclavas on the were brandishing knives and they looked at me.

"Jim, I thought you said she isn't here anymore!" one of them said, the other just shrugged and lunged at me. I grabbed the hand that held the knife and smashed it into the wall. the man yelped and dropped the knife. I pulled him around and I grabbed the back of his neck and slammed his face into the wall. he fell back knocked out.

I felt the other man grab my wrist. I immediately grab his wrist with my other hand and throw him over my shoulder. he lands on the floor with a groan and I kick his head and it knocks him out. I call the cops and 5 mins later, they arrive. the crooks had woken up and I tied their hands with some duct tape. the were shouting fairly rude things. the cops came into the apartment and I showed them my karate licence. they nodded and took them away. I decided to grab my wiring kit and a power outlet that was solar charged. I hopped back into the bag and I land in front of a pair of boots on the other side...

"well, looks like you found a way back..." Levi said staring directly at me.

"L-Levi... I-"I began. He clicked his tongue and looked away.

"You were just going to leave me?" he asked.

"no! I figured I could get back using the bag," I argued back

"but what if you couldn't come back?" Levi asked slightly raising his voice, "I wouldn't see you again! you took the risk willingly without thinking!"

I was lost for words

"which comes to the question..." Levi began, my eyes teared up, already knowing what he was going to say... "does that mean you don't want to stay with me?" 

I choked back tears

"does that mean you don't love me?" he asked.

"but I-"I began, but it was too late... Levi had walked out of the room. 

"but I do love you... more than anything else in the world," I whispered, tears streaming down my cheeks. I got up, hugged Hikaru who whined sympathetically and I locked the door.

Levi's POV

I stormed outside and began to beat the crap out of a training dummy. how could I be so stupid... why must my temper get the best of me? my kicks softened on the dummy. My vision blurred with tears I sank to my knees and I started sobbing. thunder was in the sky and rain droplets were falling on my tear-stained cheeks. I looked up at the rain and sighed, I wiped my eyes and sat there.

Hanji's POV

I had a breakthrough in studying (y/n)'s technology and I was leaping around the room in delight. I checked my 'watch' that (y/n) gave me and it read 3:00 pm... god! I had to make tea for Levi!

 i'm dead i'm dead i'm dead!

 I ran to the kettle and poured the hot water into the cup and added a tea bag. Walking with the tea, I knocked on Levi's office door but there was no reply. that's strange... Levi's normally in here. I placed down the cup and I looked outside... there he was. sitting in front of a dummy in the rain! ON THE FLOOR! I was shocked... something REALLY bad had to have happened...

knowing captain Levi, he would probably come back in... then right on cue he got up from his slumped position and headed inside. I ran out of his office and continued walking down the hallway.

Your POV

I hadn't shown my face to anyone for a week, I taught Hikaru to run into the lunch hall and grab a bread slice and return, I would then eat that then go back to my world if I wanted to drink something. I managed to transport my keyboard that I practice on and the mixer that I use for beats into my room in Levi Squad's HQ. as soon as I set it up, I took a deep breath and let it out.

tears were falling down my cheeks... I started sobbing and I put my head on the keyboard. I heard shuffling outside my door and I looked out the keyhole and I saw Hanji and Erwin sitting facing my door.

"I know you guys are there..." I say. they sigh, get up and walk away. I sigh with relief and I start up another song on my piano and sing again... it's my way of relaxing or getting through emotions....
