Chapter 1

"Daisyyyyyyyyyyyyy." I flop back onto my back on Daisy's bed, with blood red twin dutch braids hanging off the side.

"Annieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" She mocks. Smirking down at me from where she's watering her multiple plants in her bedrooms window. Her dressed in grey sweatpants and a forest green tank top, and me in black short shorts and an oversized bright red t-shirt, no one would ever think we are the children of some of the most feared villains. I look up at her, looking generally curious,

"Yea, Daybreak."

She glares at me in annoyance for my acts, while accidently making her plants grow 2 more feet. Her eyes widen and she immediately stops. My eyes widen comically, I look at her with a raised eyebrow,

"You okay Dale-Sauce?" She glares at me again, "Stop tryin' to look like Batsy- you won't win that battle."

She sighs, with an eye roll, yet a small smile on her face. "Did you need something Acey?"

I tilt my head to the side, in mocking innocence, "No. why do ya ask?" she glares at me again and I roll my eyes, "I'm bored." I say over emphasizing the 'd'.

She rolls her eyes, we do that a lot, "What do you want me to do about it?" daisy questions.

Black yoga pants and a black tank top clad body, bursts through the bay window. Alex flips his hair and points finger guns at us,

"Ladies." He says loudly.

"Alex."

"Cat-ty Lad!" I shoot up from my position and cartwheel over to him; ending in a jump. Right afterwards I am caught by Alex, bridal style,

"Missed me?" He questions.

I jump down casually, "Nah." and I walk away before flopping face first onto Daisy's bed.

"Rude." He mutters. Ah Alex, to others it may seem as if we are more than friends but in reality he's the best big brother ever!!!!

"Ace!" I'm shocked out of my thoughts with both of them yelling at me,

"What!?!" I scream back.

They stare at me for a second before Alex says, "Wanna go have some fun?"

A cheshire smile paints my face, "Wardrobe change!" I scream. The other two smiles.

"Meet at Zoelle's Pastries in ten." We all nod before, me and Cat-boy crawl out the window, and bolt across the rooftops.

    Alex jumps over the rooftops with grace to rival a jaguar's. While I just cartwheel and flip my way over every obstacle in my path.

    "See ya Ally-Cat!" I scream before heading towards the warehouses, and Alex runs towards the apartments.

    "See ya Gamble!" I howl at the moon, like a lunatic, as a cross the next few roofs. Before finally somersaulting into the skylight, and landing on a stack of mattresses (placed there specifically for my entrances).

    "Daddy I'm home!!" I scream.

    "Hahahahahahahaha! That's my little girl!" I see my dad walk through the door, clown makeup bold and proud on his face, "Always makin' a dramatic entrance."

    I slide off the tower of softness landing in front of him, "Speaking of dramatic," I say throwing my arms around him in a giant bear hug, "Me Alex, Daisy, and most likely Jynx are gonna go have some fun.... If that's okay?" I say with my Joker smile (That's what we call it; What? It's a family thing).
