Keith pov

Today was one of those day's where you just are running all over the place trying to be on time. I mean sure today was already an off day since we had testing and had to follow a new schedule but I mean I followed it with no problems but it just was wired  I mean all the classes were shorter. I had to work faster then everyone so I knew what I could get done and what I could work back at home or at the library. I ran to my next class I was on time but I heard someone yell my name I turned around seeing it was Pidge. I almost forgot that me and her sat next to each other and were partners in this class but I guess it's kinda sad since she is my girlfriend. I waited for her but when I looked over some other guys walked up to her and tried to kiss her I dropped my stuff and ran up to them. I realized it was the big football guys that found her all cute and stuff and made drama with her and some other girls. I ran up and heard her yell my name and tried to push them away they slammed her to the ground. I pushed the guy that made her fall to the ground get slammed to the ground but way harder. His friends helped him up and squared up with me. 

   "Who are you hood", "He's Keith kogane he's her boyfriend and he is a fighter". One of his friends whispered to him like I couldn't hear him. "That's right my name is Keith but you touched my girl so lay off white trash", "Oh what you want to start a fight do you", "If you mess with my girl then yes but for now just go back to your rich house that your daddy made for you". I commented back at him and then I helped Pidge up and we walked over to class I piked my stuff up and we both walked into the class room. The teacher was about to start class so we were lucky to that he let us sit down and not embarrass us. I sat down on the stool and moved my stuff so Pidge could put her stuff on the table then we both sat down. 

"Thanks for that back there", Pidge whispered to me and I gave her a small smile then we continued to listen to the teacher and got done with the class. I just continued my day like nothing happened and I told Pidge if she needed anything just to text me during class I never minded. Besides all my grades were A's so I figured I could miss a class or two or even the whole day if someone messed with her well they will just have to think again if they try another time. 

(Lunch Time)

I normally would just go to my next class so I wouldn't need to deal with crowds but Pidge wanted me to be with her so I just found her and sat with everyone else. I wasn't exactly next to Pidge but I was able to see her and she was able to see me so she knew if something happened I was there for her. I sat down next to Shiro, Hunk, and Lance while Pidge sat down next to Shy and Allura. She was at another table across from the table I was at I looked around the cafeteria seeing if there was anyone of those football guys. 

"Whats up with you Keith anxiety", "Huh oh no well it's loud but I mean just making sure some guys don't mess with Pidge", "Oh let me guess, Max, Randy, and Phil", "Uh are those there names", "Yeah there on my football team they were pretty pissed during gym what did you do". "Better question is what was he thinking when he grabbed my girl and kept trying to make her kiss him and kept touching her when she tried to push him away", "Wow wait till Matt hairs this". Lance was laughing and Shiro kinda chuckled while Hunk tried to hold in his laugh I just sighed and then started to read my book. "You guy's can laugh honestly", "Hey Keith Matt said good job for protecting his sister", "What the hell you video tapped that", "Yeah I sure did", "Ugh my god then you all ask why I don't talk much". I just sighed and kept reading my book until he heard someone that sounded like Pidge yelling. I looked over seeing the same damn guys over there bugging her I got up and the others looked at me I felt there gaze. But looked at the guy who was making her feel unconformable he was gonna get it now. He had a water bottle and started to poor water on her I pushed him away making his buddies catch him. I looked at Pidge she was hurt I could tell she was shaking and her eyes were just lost she was about to cry. I put my hand over her shoulder and whispered in her ear. "Go and get changed back at your house and I will meet you at the park". She nodded and got up running out of there the whole cafeteria was quiet. "Oh wow didn't want your girl to see you get bet in a fight Korean", "I'm not Korean if you payed attention in history you would know that but i'm just talking to someone who only knows how to play football or at least act like it".  Everyone started chattering quietly and I just turned around heading over to the table to grab my stuff and leave this school. Well was about to but the big guy I figured was Randy since the other called him that came over and stopped me while trying to lay a punch on me. But I loss end his grip and grabbed his hand moving my leg behind his and bending over covering my head while twisting my  head and elbows making his fall over my leg. While letting gravity do the work he fall obviously making everyone else kinda well be quiet he laid there for a second and his buddies ran faster then ever. I sighed and walked over put my hand out and he looked terrified. 

"Oh come on it was a combat move for protection I wasn't gonna kill yeah besides I don't use a switch blade", He took my hand and I helped him up, "Why did you help me up I could have gotten up myself", "Cause i'm not that mean and you don't have to be scared of me just don't be making my girl Katie feel uncomfortable and be on the verge of crying or any other girl for that matter". "Alright then", I nodded my head and walked over getting my one strap backpack and then my leather jacket that I put over my right side and grabbed my book with my left hand as I was walking everyone had there phones out video taping it. I looked over after hearing my name get yelled. "Keith Your a pretty alright person". I looked over seeing it was Randy who yelled that and I gave a small very small smile. "Thanks and Randy catch yeah in the halls". He smiled and then waved I nodded my head and I walked out of the cafeteria only to hear everyone started yelling and clapping. Man High school will it ever get any better. I sighed and ran off heading to the park seeing Pidge siting on a tree branch. "Man you got taller shorty", "Oh haha very funny body guard", "Hey no one messes with Katie Holt not on my watch", "Oh stop kitty cat now what you reading". "Gone with the wind have you read it before", "Nope read it to me". I smiled at her and sat down under the tree branch Pidge was sitting on I read the book until we both headed home. God why did I have to be the old one and leave as well now i'm totally gonna have homework more then what I already have god why me.
