The Choice

It was thrilling for each of the pallidens to be home on earth but also have there families, friends and everyone together as one. As earth and the aliens that all once had a home and where saved by the pallidens they saved once before continued to advance with earth and humans. It was all amazing and grate for everyone to see this. But not everyone seemed to feel complete. Alura had everyone come in the garrisons meeting room and held a strong but dreadful expression.

        "Pallidens I need to tell you all this and I fear that this may be the one thing that will ruin us all".
Allura said as she looked up meeting everyones eyes. "As you all know the garrison had been looking and surching months on end to find the power source to the robotic creature we once fought to save earth. Well I fear that are acomplishment has only been the beginning. The power source of that creature was a Aulltain we have only survived one battle with a creature with a power source that strong and if we ever. Want to go and keep peace within the solar system we need to go and fight we need to destroy Hagar and all the Galar fleets. We need to form voltron, leave earth and fight Earth has the ability to protect it's self but other planets do not we need to go and save as many people as we can and end this once and for all I know we".
Alura was about to finish but the others cut her off Lance was the first and then the others.

       "ALURA  WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU", "Lance I am just trying to say that", "NO I'm with lance on this one you expect us all to fight once more when we all just are with are families and home after fighting a war. JUST BECAUSE YOU FEEL IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO. ME, LANCE AND PIDGE ALL HAVE FAMILIES AND WE JUST GOT THEM BACK I JUST GOT THEM BACK I'M NOT GOING TO LEAVE THEM. TO COME BACK AND FIND THEM IN A DARK CELL MAYBE EVEN DIYING". "Hunk please calm", "NO Alura I am sorry but Hunk, Lance both have a point sure earth is safe but we all bearly even made it out alive from the last fight if we go out there now. FIght we wont and don't even have a clue what more Hagar and the other galra have been doing or creating. They could be even stronger then what we have experienced and it dosen't matter how hard we train or get ready we still don't even know if we will survive. I just got my family together after years and years without it being whole agien, my brother and father where taken from me and my mom was left with no one. I can't leave my family agien I wont".

    Alura sighed and looked at the three then she moved over to the one person who hadn't talked yet Keith, he sat there calm and quiet hearing everything.

      "Keith You are the leader of Voltron it is your right to make the teams finale and full choice", Alura said as Keith looked at her. "Alura out of how much we have overcame we don't know anything other then old knowledge we barly made it as a team from the last fight we don't know anything. But also weather you feel strongly about what we should do as a Team I am not going to have MY Team risk there lives once more. That is why I have assinged Kolivan and the rest of the Blade go collect intel. Depending on that intel I will chose what voltron should do from there but now. I AM NOT SENDING MY TEAM OUT ON A DEATH TRAP WE DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT". Keith cleared his throat and calmed down once more. "That is what actions we will take as a team but until we get the intel from the Blade and Kolivan's team along with my mothers. We will continue to advance here and learn as much as we can from here that is my choice as leader now this meeting is over".

    Keith stood up and walked out of the room before anyone else he informed Kolivan, Krolia and the rest of the Blade there mission. As they got ready to head out on there long mission Keith watched from the top of the Garrison. As he looked down at them all he sighed letting his head drop until he felt a hand touch his shoulder.

         "Keith Babe are you okay", Keith lifted his head and looked over at the green palliden by his side, "Yeah I am Shorty I just wish that we wouldn't have to jump into action already I wish we could at least. Be on earth still knowing that things are ok in the universe". "I wish that to but some things arent exactly what we always want though", "Yeah guess being the palliden's of voltron comes with a lot of downsides and ups". "Yeah but hopefully it wont always be like that you know", "Yeah", "Hey Emo Butt wanna come and eat dinner with me I wont mind as long as you dont act to. 'oh i'm Keith kogona and i'm so emo". Keith gasped in a joking way as he playfully hit Pidges elbow as she giggled while they walked away from the Blade after seeing them leave on there mission.
