A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.
~ Colin PowellBy the time I returned to the house, it was well past dark.
I had found a cover to sit under during the storm, allowing myself to be sedated by the sound of the rain hitting the leaves. In the house things were quiet, Prince was no where in sight and I wasn't going to bother looking for him.
Wandering into a bedroom, I found pajamas folded neatly resting on the bed.
Grabbing them I took a quick shower in the fully furnished bathroom, with brand new appliances.I was more than creeped out, as it had seemed Prince intended for us to stay here a while.
Crawling into the lavish bed I fell into a deep sleep.

A sweet kiss was placed on ny forehead.
The bestower being none other than Prince himself.
He looked...different, younger."What?" He chuckled.
I opened my mouth to speak only nothing came out."Do you like it so much that it has you speechless?" His eyes drifted down to my hands and I looked seeing that I was holding a golden wedding band, still in the black velvet box.
"Really tell me what you think"
His muffled voice said.°
Waking up in the bed with confusion etched on my face, I realized that what had just occured was only a dream, yet it felt so real.
I don't want to marry Prince, so why am I dreaming that he proposed?
Turning over I pulled the warm covers up to my chin falling back into a deep sleep.
°
Voices and laughter was heard in the distance.
My eyes fluttered open seeing that I was resting on a kitchen counter, in a stunning silk gown.
Music was playing softly in the background and many unrecognizable faces walked past, everyone dressed to the nines."Adesina"
Turning to my right Michael strolled in with a smile, Prince following close behind.
"Did you fall asleep baby?" Prince asked shaking his head."Uh" I stuttered.
"I was gonna ask if you were enjoying yourself but I guess you got bored" Michael giggled, "come on, let's go do something fun."I stood as he took my hand and things began to fade.
°
The sound of waves crashing along the shore brought me out of my second haze.
It was my favorite time of day; dusk.
The sun had already set behind the endless line of the ocean, yet the sky still held the light of it."It's pretty isn't it?"
Turning to my left Michael's profile was striking against the scenery.
A smile formed on his face as he turned to me, "I know this is our favorite time of day and I'm glad that we can all spend this moment together"
"All?" Finally the sound of my own voice. Although it sounded more like I was watching myself through a movie.
Prince suddenly appeared, poking his head out from Michael's right.
"Did you forget I was here, Dessy?"
We all laughed at whatever came out his mouth next, although I couldn't hear it over the sudden increase in the sound of the waves.
