chapter 2 part 2: an offer

"You need a lot more practice Ren." Carla says. "Man you took me down fast!" Ren says. Carla untransforms himself. "I can train you and assist you in battle." Carla offers. "Yeah that would be a big help." Ren says. "But sir if you go into battle you may get hurt." A demon with dragon wings and scales walks out of the castle. "Don't worry so much Ares I'm a hell of a lot more powerful then I look." Carla reassures Ares his faithful servant/friend. "But still if you get hurt who's gonna rule the kingdom your bastard of a brother definitely can't rule." Ares trys to convince Carla not to help Ren in any battles, but Carla is way to stubborn and his eyes turn red again. "Don't even bring up my brother! Also I will help everyone the best I can or else I'd be considered a weak king!" Carla says obviously pissed off at this point. "Y-yes sir I understand." Ares says and walks back into the castle. "Sorry about Ares he is my advisor." Carla says. "It's fine he is just looking out for you I mean you are king after all." Ren says."Tsk, I don't like this title as king. I don't like all the attention!" Carla admits. "That's why everyone likes you as the king cause you don't have a strong rule over us." Yuuki says in a happy tone. "Yeah well I do still enjoy having some respect so I do make sure to keep my people in line." Carla says with a hint of arrogance. "Anyway Ren do you accept my offer to help you?" Carla asks. "Yes it would be highly appreciated." Ren says then puts away his driver. "Now Koga, Yuuki you two need to practice with transforming." Carla tells them. "Yes sir!" They say in unison. Ren walks over to his sister "Well Yuuki its about time we got home don't you think?" "Yeah." She answers. "See you later Carla." Ren yells as him and Yuuki start walking home. "Ok catch y'all later!" Carla yells back to them then goes back into his castle.

 "Ares." "Yes Sir." "You don't need to be so formal when we are in the castle. Also can you investigate the northern part of the kingdom for me? I hear there is a small rebellion starting up there. Maybe my brother is responsible for it." Carla asks. "Sure, how many should I capture?" Ares asks. "One person will be enough." "Alright I'll get on it right away!" With that Ares spreads his wings and flies out of the castle. Back at the Ryugasaki house both Ren and Yuuki arrive to see one of their friends there. "Where were you two?" He asks. "Just at the castle. anyway what are you doing here Phillip?" Ren asks. "Just visiting you two." Phillip says. "Well it's nice to see you again Phillip. How's your brother doing?" Yuuki asks. "Oh Nagoto is doing fine he's just a little busy right now." Phillip says. "Well that's good to hear." Yuuki says. "So what have you two been up to?" Phillip asks. "Oh I just recently became a Kamen Rider and I have to keep all rebellions to a minimum." Ren says. "Must be a lot of work." "Not Really." 

As Ren, Yuuki, and Phillip conversed Ares found the rebellious demons and vampires in the north. "Well if it isn't the kings little bitch! why don't you just join us I mean you have betrayed the king once before haven't you?" One of them said. "Shut up!" Ares yelled as his eyes turned red. "Those eyes!" "The rumors are true?" "Carla actually had the guts to turn someone!"
