She looked at him. He looked at her. It was as if the world had stopped spinning.
He leaned in. His face was one inch from her's.
"I love you." He said, closing the gap between their faces.
At first, she could not comprehend what was happening.
But she realized. And kissed him back.
She felt warm. Safe. Protected.
"I love you too."
