Plan (n.) a detailed proposal for doing or achieving something.

Brooke pov:

"Caitlin I need help," I say walking into her lab.

"With what?" she says not looking up from what she's working on.

"Homework," I reply sitting down.

"Specifically Brooke,"

"Biology," I sigh, she looks at me.

"That I can help you with," she says smiling, she stops what she's doing to help me with my homework.

"What are you two doing?" Dad asks walking in.

"Caitlin's helping me with homework, Biology," I explain.

"Well, I can help you with that," he says, I laugh.

"Sure dad,"

"Ask me anything, I bet I can answer it." he says.

"Is that a challenge?" Caitlin says to dad.

"You both answer, the first 20 elements on the periodic table," I say, his face goes blank and Caitlin closes her eyes.

"Brooke, that's a lot to ask," my dad says, "Not even I know that,"

"Hydrogen, Helium, Lithium, Beryllium, Boron, Carbon, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Florine, Neon, Sodium," Caitlin pauses. "Magnesium, Aluminum, Silicon," my dad looks at me. "Phosphorus, Sulfur, Chlorine, Argon, Potassium, Calcium," Caitlin finishes as she opens her eyes.

"Well damn," dad says, I roll my eyes.

"Never underestimate me Mr. Allen," Caitlin remarks sassily.

"Yes Dr. Snow," he responds, I laugh quietly.

Caitlin pov:

"Hey Caitlin, do you want to join us for game night at the West's?" Barry asks me, I look up from my work and stare at him.

"I don't know,"

"Come on, please Cait," Barry pleads.

"Okay, fine," Barry smiles at me.

"What?"

"Nothing, I've never seen your smile." I say.

"Sure you have, I smiled all the time in high school,"

"Oh right, you just never smiled at me," Barry looks down and I can tell he's embarrassed. "Sorry,"

"Why did you forgive me? I mean what I did-"

"I forgave you, not because I'm okay with what you did, or consigning to your version of events, but because I have to let it go. It's not worth destroying me to prove a point, or hold my anger close," Barry nods.

"So, you're still coming?" Barry asks.

"Yeah, yes," I say smiling softly and hitting my hands together.

Brooke's pov:

"Is she coming?" I ask my dad as I run down the stairs.

"Yeah, she's coming," he responds looking up from his phone. "What?"

I then realize that I'm smiling. "Nothing,"

"Why are you smiling so big?"

I shrug.

"I dont think I've ever seen you smile that big before,"

"Okay," I say slowly.

"You should smile more," he says.

"Okay dad," I say, "why don't you pack some board games... oh and um definitely bring cranium,"

"Why, that game is hard," dad complains.

"Because I said so," I say pulling my phone out of my pocket. "We have to leave in ten minutes.

"What?"

"Yeah, Joe said we should pick Caitlin up so she doesn't have to drive there alone."

"We're picking up Caitlin?"

"Yes, that's what I just said. Do, do you listen when I talk?"

"Of course I do, I'm just thinking,"

"Okay, well grab the games, and don't forget cranium,"

He nods and goes off to grab the games.

I walk upstairs, I need this to work. I usually spend a lot more time on my plans, so far it's been going great; but, it's only phase one step two. I hope this works, I need it to work.

A/n: ahhh I ran into a bit of a writer's block right there at the end but here's my long awaited update. Try to guess what Brooke is planning.
