I'm Fine.

Days Later.

Here I am. Fresh start.

The car drove up to the front entrance of the school. It was huge, and beautiful. There are stairs that have stone columns on each side of the wooden double doors.

Oscar, my CPS agent offers me a weary smile, "Ms.King I hope you will find everything that you've been searching for. There's no worries, Mrs.King left a lifetime worths of money for you."

I nod, not entirely listening.

"Ma'am," A guy about my age says interrupting my thoughts. He opens the door for me, and bows his head just enough for me to notice.

"Welcome to Mallent Academy, I'm Liam, " he says, going to the trunk of the car, and taking out my bags.

I don't say a word. He leads me through the building to what looks like the girls dorm.

"What's your name?" Liam asks going up to a paper posted on the wall.

"Naomi. Naomi King," I reply, watching him. He puts his index finger on the paper, and scans it looking for my name.

"Oh nice, you get a dorm looking out to the woods. You're lucky, mine is facing a wall." He smiles, a big gap in his two front teeth.

Okay I don't really care, I thought.

He leads me to my room. On the front door there is a white board that says:

8b

"I can take it from here, thanks," I tell Liam. He nods, and walks away.

I take a deep breath. I don't know if I can do this. I miss my family. I want to see them so bad. Even my dad. Tears are threatened to come out, but I push those feelings back.

I open the door-

"Eek ! You're my new room mate ? Hi ! I'm Mia! Wow You're so pretty !" She says hugging me, almost knocking me over.

"I'm Naomi," I give her a half smile.

"That's a pretty name! Okay, so I didn't know which side you wanted left or right, so I just waited until you came so you can pick first!" She said her black curls bouncing as she bobs her head.

"Uh. This side is fine," I said heading towards the left side.

We both unpack together. I put my clothes in the closet which is almost nothing. I brought Ann's blanket, and carefully set it under my pillow. Along with that I brought her bracelet, I put that in the drawer of the nightstand.

She yaps and yaps about her hometown and all of her drama. I felt like I was going to explode.

I went to the bathroom, and slammed the door. I felt something about to come up. I run towards the toilet, and throw up. Mia opens and closes the bathroom door, and lifts up my hair. I throw up more, and more until I feel like I'm empty. Mia meets my eyes for a brief moment, then looks away and leaves without saying a word. I brush my teeth and splash cold water on my face.

What's wrong with me.
