The Cafe

  I walked into the cafe to see Newt with his now brushed blonde hair and his chocolate brown eyes as he waved with a friendly smile. He was wearing an white button up shirt with some jeans he looked perfect he looked absolutely stunning.

     I sat down in the empty chair that was across from him. ''Hey what time is it?'' I asked softly with an awkward smile ''10:00'' Newt said looking down at his watch. ''Wow early d- early time to hang out'' I said I can't believe I was about to say date. ''Yeah I thought we should go for some breakfast since it is the most important part of the day'' Newt said with a goofy grin on his face. I nod in agreement ''this is the most important part of my day'' I said smiling at him he blushed but quickly hid it with the menu.

I looked at the menu I decided I want get some pancakes and a coffee. The waiter came by he was staring at me with heart eyes. I must admit he was extremely attractive ''Hey there have you figured out what you were going to have?'' The waiter said still staring at me completely ignoring Newt. ''Yes I'd like an egg and bacon biscuit and some tea please'' Newt said getting the Waiter's attention even though he could careless.

Wait maybe this guy can make Newt Jealous!?

The waiter just nodded at Newt as he scribbled it down on the notepad. ''What would you like?'' The waiter said as he bit his lip and looked me up and down. Suddenly I felt uncomfortable this guy was just trying to flirt and be very gross in my opinion like he just met me and doesn't know anything and he's biting his lip. I wanted to throw up on the spot right there I think I gagged.

Newt looked at us both he was now glaring at the waiter. ''Um.. I'd like the pancakes and a coffee please'' I said nervously and I was obviously uncomfortable but this guy didn't get it. ''Alright anything else?'' The waiter asked before I could answer Newt answered for me. ''No we're alright'' Newt said with some anger in his voice the waiter walked away as he walked away I could see him roll his eyes.

I just met him what the hell is wrong with him?
You know I don't want to make Newt jealous because I think that guy already did a good job.

Watching the waiter walk away making sure he was gone. ''Hey you alright?'' Newt asked softly as he touched my arm I blushed slightly ''Yeah why wouldn't I be?'' I said quickly. ''I saw the way the waiter was making you uncomfortable the things he were doing like biting his lip'' Newt said completely disgusted with the waiter. ''Yeah it was weird I never had that happen to me'' I said.

After talking about all sorts of things. The waiter was coming our way with what we ordered Newt pretended to throw up and then pretended to die. I laughed extremely hard I hit my knee on the table Newt was now laughing at me hitting my knee. ''Here you go'' The waiter said as he gave Newt his egg and bacon biscuit and tea then he looked at me his green eyes looking into my soul.

Again he looked me up and down examining my features. ''Here you go hottie'' He said but whispered the last part so Newt wouldn't hear the waiter put his hand on my shoulder ''let me know if you need anything else'' as he slowly took his hand off my shoulder as he walked away. I felt so uncomfortable and was extremely grossed out by this guy ''That bloody a-'' Newt started but I cut him off ''It's okay'' I lied.

Newt could see through me he knew I lied. Newt just stayed weirdly calm and took a bite of his biscuit ''So how is it?'' I asked awkwardly ''Good how's yours?'' He said smiling weakly. ''Absolutely delicious'' I said with a goofy grin trying to get him to laugh.

Nothing

I finally sparked up a conversation. ''What do you work as?'' I asked ''I don't have a job but I do help in animal shelters and all sorts of things'' Newt said now smiling. ''I work in a library probably better being with the animals'' I said as I returned the smile. ''What type of person are you? Dog or Cat?'' Newt asked ''Dog but I like cats'' Thomas said ''I like both can't choose'' Newt said. Newt's phone started going off ''who's that?'' I asked.

WAS THAT NOSEY!?

What if he thinks that?
What if he thinks I'm an jealous serial killer?

He turns his phone to me so I could see i read the name.

Zart

I furrowed my eyebrows. Why did newt have his number? I felt jealously build up inside me I tried my best to push it away but it wasn't working. I told Zart we were dating doesn't he know when to back off? ''Why do you have his number?'' I said trying to be calm. ''Oh I asked for good book suggestions and he was like I'll text you them there's to many to say'' Newt said ''Oh'' I said. ''Hold on I'll just answer it real quick'' Newt said I made a face not meaning to it just happened. ''Or if'' Newt started but I said it was ok so he answered it.

Newt answered the call. ''Hello? Hey Zart I'm with Thomas right now'' Newt said then there was a pause ''Huh? No Yes I'll call you back bye'' Newt said with the most confused look on his face. ''He said that oh sorry to interrupt you're date'' Newt said. ''That's funny'' I said quickly then the waiter was coming back for the payment ''Hey hottie'' The waiter said as he took the cash ''He's my boyfriend so I suggest that you be more polite and respectful to him and I'' Newt said sending a glare to the waiter.

The waiter mumbled an sorry then sped off. We left the cafe ''I had an interesting time'' I said grinning ''Me too Tommy hope to do it again sometime'' Newt said smiling. ''Yeah I'd love to hang out with you more Newt'' I said looking into his brown eyes that were now sparkling. ''See you later Tommy'' Newt said now blushing a little ''Bye Newt'' I said as we walked away.
