Chapter 27: Mission

Mac had a great time with his quality time with family and the twins are being too excited of everything. Penny has been doing the laundry, washing the dishes, taking out the trash, cleans up around the house, changing the twins diapers, feed them, burped them by switching them, and taking a shower. She never have any breaks and Mac saw her looking tired.
-"Baby, you need a rest." Mac said.
-"Babe, I have to work more." Penny said.
-"Pen, you can't make yourself to go overboard with all of this and let me do this for you." Mac said.
Mac got up as he kissed her cheek, -"Baby girl, the twins are not wanting to see you looking tired." Mac said.
-"You babies, I don't know what to say." Penny said.
The twins smiled at Penny and the most important thing is being there when you need them with their attention.
-"I'll do your work, babe and just take a break for us. The twins are wanting you to be with them and I'll make us some coffee." Mac said as he kiss her neck and went to the kitchen to make coffee.
Penny walks over to the twins and the twins are excited by looking at Penny.
-"Hi babies." Penny said.
Kenzie wants Penny and so did Mac Jr. Penny grabs them out of their bassinets and the twins are happy to see her. She sat down with them and Kenzie snuggles up to Penny's neck. Mac Jr is being a silly baby and Mac received a text from Matty.
Matty: Mac, you there? Hello Mac?
Mac text to Matty.
Mac: Hey Matty, I won't be able to come to work in time because I'm helping Penny out so she won't be so worn out.
Matty: That's fine Mac, I was just checking on you to make sure that everything is alright and have you seen Jack?
Mac: Why? What's going on?
Matty: Jack is doing something dangerous but I don't know where.
Mac: Just let me do this for Penny and I'll go find him.
Matty: Thank you Mac and tell Penny and the twins that I said hi.
Mac: I will.
-"Macky, look at Momma." Penny said.
Mac Jr looks at Penny with a big smile like his dad and he grab Penny's nose as he tells her how much he loves her. Kenzie stares up at the ceiling and she looks down. Mac smelled the coffee and went to get the milk out of the refrigerator.
-"Kenziebug, what are you doing baby girl." Penny said.
Kenzie looks at Penny and she starts laughing. Mac looks at them as he chuckles and Mac Jr looks at Mac with a big smile.
-"Mac, you are more happy and you just love us." Mac said.
Mac Jr laughs and Mac smiles at Mac Jr as he pours the milk in the two coffee cups. He puts the lid back as he tightens it and he put the milk back to the refrigerator. Penny puts the twins back to their bassinets and Kenzie plays her favorite stuffed bunny.
-"Wow baby girl, you just love your favorite stuffed bunny and I never seen you like this before." Penny said. 
Kenzie is a happy baby who just loves her favorite stuffed bunny and Mac brought the two coffees for them.
-"Aww, thanks baby." Penny said.
-"You're welcome baby girl." Mac said.
Mac Jr shakes his rattle and Mac always knew how to handle his children with Penny. Penny drinks her coffee and Mac always find himself a gift of love to her.
-"Babe, you always been in my heart ever since we were in high school and I wish I haven't broke up with you years ago." Mac said.
-"I know baby and Nikki isn't your type but she's awful to be with you." Penny said.
-"You knew this whole time and I always say that you are a very smart wife that I married too." Mac said.
-"You are so lucky to do this for our children and I'm not going to lose you forever." Penny said.
-"Me neither baby and Matty told me that I can come to work a little bit late." Mac said.
-"So that's why you decided to stay." Penny said.
-"Of course love." Mac said.
-"Mac Jr is still a cutie pie and he still reminds me of you." Penny said.
-"He really does and he just want to be a happy baby." Mac said.  
-"I miss having babies." Penny said.
-"I know baby but you need to have your rest and everything will be alright." Mac said.
-"I know baby but the babies are just too adorable." Penny said.
Kenzie went to sleep and Mac Jr is still playing with his rattle.
-"My son loves to play while his twin is taking a nap." Mac said.
-"I know and it's so adorable." Penny said.
Mac drinks his coffee and received a text from Riley.
Riley: Hey Mac, you found Jack yet?
Mac texted to Riley.
Mac: No I was just going to find him but I was with Penny and my children.
Riley: Oh. Tell Penny and the twins that I said hi and miss them.
Mac: I will.
Mac Jr is being fussy and he calms down with a sneeze.
-"Aww, bless you Macky." Penny said.
Mac Jr laughs and Mac gets up as he walks over to Penny with a kiss.
-"Bye baby girl." Mac said.
-"Bye sweetie. I love you." Penny said.
- "I love you too babe and I love you guys." Mac said.
Mac Jr smiles and Kenzie is still napping. Mac walks out of house and shuts the door. He went to find Jack and he saw some trouble up ahead. Mac came to see what was all of the commotion about and it was Jack. Mac rescue him from the trouble and Jack is now feeling relief to be alive.
-"Oh man, you even show up to me like a damn cougar or something." Jack said.
-"Jack, get your ass out of the car and let's get the hell out of here." Mac said.
-"Why?" Jack asked.
-"Matty is the one who send me to come and find you." Mac said.
-"Alright. She will have a word from me when I tell her that I was doing something dangerous and trying things out." Jack said.
-"Get in the car, Jack." Mac said.
-"Fine." Jack said.
They drove off to Phoenix Foundation but then all of the sudden, they have to move over to the side as they saw an ambulance.
-"Where do you think that ambulance is going?" Jack asked.
-"I hope it's not my wife." Mac said.
Leanna knocks on the window and Mac rolls down the window.
-"Mac, there's something wrong with Matty." Leanna panicked.
-"Get in." Mac said.
-"BOZER! RILEY! OVERSIGHT! PENNY! LET'S GO!" Leanna yelled.
They came out of Phoenix Foundation and they came in to the car. They followed the ambulance to the the hospital. Meanwhile at hospital, Matty woke up as she saw everybody in the room.
-"Hey Matty." Jack said.
-"Oh hey." Matty said.
-"You feeling alright." Mac said.
-"Yes I'm fine." Matty said.
-"We came here to see you." Bozer said.
-"The twins were worried about you." Penny said.
-"Hey you two, I'm keeping my eyes on you guys as you are growing up." Matty said.
The twins smiled and Nikki showed up at the hospital.
Riley turns around, -"Mac, I found your company." Riley said.
Mac turns around as he felt way more cold, -"Nikki." Mac said.
